If you're in need of a great diesel shop in the area look no further. Jake is awesome to work with. Even though his lot usually has a good number of trucks in it, they work very fast and get you back on the road as soon as possible. He kept me in the loop the entire time and the whole experience felt like he actually cared about me as a customer instead of just another tab that had to be paid. Very knowledgeable tech and does thorough work to make sure you're set up right. I had a ton of smoke coming out of the exhaust and he got me hooked up with injectors for a competitive price. I've used other diesel shops in the J-Vegas area and none compare to Ashby's. If I wasn't moving in a month I'd have my baby there all the time getting her the service she deserves. (As much as the wife would allow...)Great shop and great tech! If you are in need of quality work take it here right away.

I brought my truck here after a bad torque wrench caused me to snap a bolt. I felt good about bringing my truck here the moment I met the guys. Eric is great at keeping you in the loop about your truck and was always willing to look up pricing options for different future mods I want to do. Bito knows everything about the Duramax trucks, and was willing to take the time to show me anything I asked him about my truck. He made sure to do anything in his power to make sure the truck was taken care of and no extra expenses were needed. Chris knows pretty much everything about tuning, transmissions, turbos, etc. He would take time out of his day to explain or show you anything you asked him as well. The job was done in a timely manner, and was absolutely well done. The pricing is better than most shops around, and you’ll definitely get better work done here. I look forward to coming back in the future. I trust these guys 100% with my truck.

Got my truck running after Vindicated Vinyl could NOT! Fix my hub leak as well, after Vindicated said they did and charged me for it, and it kept on leaking. Ashby's was very communicative every step of the way, extremely proactive in troubleshooting my truck, when the maintenance started on all 8 injectors; I got my truck back the first hour they opened the next day! No complaints.

I highly recommend Ashby's Diesel over any other Diesel repair shop in the surrounding areas! I had my truck taken to just about all of the diesel repair shops around here & all they did was change parts & never find the actual problem. I was almost ready to throw in the towel when I just happen to meet the owner of Full Send Diesel performance parts & they recommended Ashby's. Ashby's found the problem & repaired it. They're the best on repair costs & they actually repair the vehicle unlike others that charge you thousands for used parts.. Can't say enough about Ashby's!

Had a great experience with Ashby’s and will definitely be going back. I’ve had adverse experiences with other shops and I feel the exact opposite bringing my truck here. I had a lot of questions and the techs were knowledgeable and gave advice on what to do.

Jake was very helpful. My '93 F-350 had to be towed to the shop and he came out to where it was parked and helped make sure it was ready to tow. Then he and his staff did a great job re-building and re-installing my oil cooler which had been leaking. They even cleaned a lot of the leaked oil off from the underside of the truck. I also know they paid close attention when they were test driving it because they picked up on some of its quirks and asked about them to make sure I was aware. Highly recommended. Will be back next time the old girl needs some TLC.

Awesome company, great group of guys who know exactly what to look for, and how to fix the problem. Took a dodge in that I was thinking about buying, and they were able to give me the run down on everything that would go wrong. Definitely trust these guys especially when I have my livelihood on the due to keeping my diesel truck running strong!

I could immediately tell these guys enjoy what they do and are very good at it! Ashby's gave me a great price on deleting the DPF from my 2013 Powerstroke. They sat down and took time to show me how to properly use the tuner which was greatly appreciated.
They also resolved an issue that was overlooked by a dealership in the local area that could have potentially caused catastrophic damage to the engine.
For that, they have my business as long as I am in the Jacksonville area.

I normally don’t write reviews but these guys deserve to be recognized. Repairs can be lengthy due to parts shortages (thanks covid) but aside from that they do great work and keep you informed through the process. I’ll definitely be bringing my truck back if needed.

Wow! Patrick is a true gentleman. We are at the beach on vacation and a wire comes loose under the car...I stop at Ashby's looking for some help before we leave tomorrow...and I stop in at almost 3PM. I tell Patrick my dilemma and he says "let's take a look" and within seconds he is under my car with zip ties pinning the lose wire for me AND he tells me why it happened. I guarantee if I lived in this area permanently that I would only take my vehicles to these guys. It was awesome to meet someone with such high ethics and values when I was in a pinch. Was very skeptical about any shop around Jacksonville until I found ashbys. Hands down best diesel mechanic around. Went in for my truck running rough ( a suspected bad injector on 6.4 powerstroke). injector was in fact bad and I was shown how and why without being talked down too like I was a dummy. They got the truck running right in a hurry and did not try and upsell anything more than I needed. They even called me to inform me a few small things like hey we're changing your oil due to it having some fuel in it from faulty injector, and hey parts just in will have it up and running tomorrow. Truck has run excellent since being in. Also loved how they told me what all went into it part wise and brands used and why I needed each etc unlike other shops. I have even since called with questions about my truck in general and they were all about helping me. When it comes to a diesel mechanic in the surrounding area look no further than ashbys

Best shop around. Great customer service. They are great people to be around and talk to. Very informative about the progress on there work. Actually saved me money anyother shop said my motor was bad but turns out it was just odd and end things. My truck runs like new now! I recommend this shop over anyone else hands down.

Pretty knowledgeable group of guys. Treat you like a human being also. Have an 01 Cummins that Chris set up a programer and tunes that helped out with my previous mods. They even stuck around after they closed so I was able to pick my truck up after work. In a business in trying to make the customer happy, they will do everything they can to set you up right. Will definitely be coming back.

Jake is a the man. Had a "stiction" issue. He did a injection service. And got my duramax back to normal! Also serviced my transmission while I was there. I had no idea that changing the fluid every so often was critical to smoking civics at Red lights. Have a diesel=come here.

Called to verify maintenance history from two years ago before I purchased a truck from a private owner. They called me back and verified their work on the spot with no issues.

Great guys! Very knowledgeable diesel mechs. Bent over backwards to get the truck out as fast as possible while doing it on a budget. Would definitely go back.
