Dr Vines is hands down my favorite pediatrician/family doctor, he truly is a gem. His bedside manner is so warm, genuine and caring—you feel seen as a patient and as a person. He is patient, thorough and takes his time with every patient, hearing the whole story and working together to find solutions. He is also a wealth of medical knowledge and experience and I know that he’ll help us get to the bottom of whatever is going on. I trust his judgement and opinion as a doctor, and I leave his office feeling respected and supported as a parent. The office and nursing staff have always been friendly, helpful and kind to work with as well. So grateful to have found Dr Vines and for his clinic.

Dr. Vines is one of the best Family Practice doctors I've ever meet! He take as much time as needed with his patients. He is not one of those 15 minutes and your out kind of doc. He acts in the best interest of his patients and will fight with an insurance company on your behalf. His main priority is the people that have entrusted him with their care. He is truly a doctor that cares for his patient with heart and manages their care with unbelievable medical excellence. His staff is nothing short of excellent. Glenda always has a smile on her face and is always there to assist you or point you in the right direction. Martina is Dr. Vines medical assistance, but also his other arm. Martina is always friendly and compassionate. I never have a difficult time getting prescriptions taken care of, forms being filled out. You name it, this lady is on the ball! Dr. Vines has been my PCP for over 15 to 20 years. When he retires I don't know what I'll do. I cannot rate this practice high enough. If I could give them 10 star, I would.

I took my baby for his first appointment at Family Centered Healthcare today. The nurse who checked us in was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Vines gave us his full attention, answered all my questions, helped with solutions to all of my concerns and gave me advice with full respect for my parenting choices and preferences. I felt seen, heard and cared for. I am grateful to have found this practice!

Dr Vines is the best dr I’ve had. He’s stuck with me through 2 chronic pain disorders, helped me through the birth of my son, been a part of my family’s healthcare, and despite his practice’s ups and downs, I believe he’s gotten the ship in the right direction despite covid which can be tough with a small family practice. No matter what, this practice has kept my family and my health afloat and for that I am forever grateful. Dr Vines is a loving and committed physician who will give you his all. And yes, he is a person who will need to call out some days. But if you are patient, you will have the best doctor patient relationship of your life. We’ve been through a lot, but Vines comes through. He’s a good man who will make sure you are heard as a patient.

Very impressed. Dr Vines, as busy as he is, acted as if I was his only patient for the time I was there. There was no haste. There was no getting me in and out. The receptionist was super pleasant and kind, Olivia I think was her name. Christian the nurse was fantastic. The Dr. was more interested in getting to the root cause of things rather than just the symptom. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient here for 12 years. Dr. Vines and his staff are exceptional people. They care for their patients as if we are a part of the family. I live 30 minutes away and make the drive happily. I have never received better care.

Dr. Bolden was kind, professional and put me in good spirits during my first visit here. The front office staff did their job perfectly. They were easy to talk to and made scheduling easy on the phone. I will use them for my medical needs moving forward.

Having Dr. Vines as our family doctor is a lifesaver. First doctor our toddler doesn't flip out with. He adores Dr. Vines. Best doctor's office for the whole family!

Both of my kids get so excited to go and see Dr. Bolden once a year. She always answers all of their questions (usually not medical related ), and is always upbeat and friendly.

Dr. Vines is the best doctor I have ever seen.

Fantastic family doctor

Dr. Dain Vines is a wonderful doctor and oversees the care of my whole family. The practice has had some bumps in trying to figure out how to best handle its scheduling since he is in such high demand, but they do try to work with you as they can. I've seen a few of the nurse practitioners as they've rotated in and out of the practice, and though they change, they are all knowledgable, compassionate and good at their jobs. We will continue to use Dr. Vines.

Family Centered Healthcare has some of the most irritating front desk staff. Rude and unprofessional and let's not forget the lies. The gal put an address into my daughter's file and then said that I gave it to her over the phone which is an outright lie because there was never a discussion of addresses. On more than one occasion I have arrived and stood at the front awaiting her to get off a personal phone call. When I first began going to FCHC there was a delightful staff and each visit was pleasant, but over the years this feature has been hit and miss at its best. Dr. Vines and NP James Wright, and the nurses Leslie and Martina are the reason I keep going back - they are awesome.

They talk about their patients behind their backs. There were cliques in the office and no teamwork. No training… You would think that it being a medical office…they would be sympathetic about patients but they are fake in the patients face but talk junk about them after they leave. I couldn’t take it anymore so I left. If you like your Dr and the staff to laugh about your problems and talk junk behind your back after you leave…then this is the place for you.

Dr. Vines is a great family doctor, but unfortunately the staff working on the billings and front desk side of things leave much to be desired.

Dr. Vines is great if you can get to him. He's been my son's pediatrician and my GP for 5 years. But when I went in today for an ear infection and a blood test I found out they'd ended walk-ins and I couldn't be seen for at least four days, and they didn't bother offering me an appointment past that. Just said they couldn't help me. Now this is my PCP. There were 2 people there and the nurse was standing around. Blood work is 2 minutes to draw blood (I was told to come back to get this done during walk-in hours) and checking my ear was maybe another minute. Add two for a prescription and I would've been a 5 minute patient. So instead I'm supposed to wait a week? Or go to the ER? Luckily my wife's company offers phone doctor's visits so I can do that for the ear infection but I'm supposed to go to the Emergency room for blood work? Like I said, Vines is fantastic, but the organization around him is deeply broken and they don't seem that interested in helping their patients.
