Harbor Point RV Community

I’ve been an annual lease holder for a year now and leased in several camp grounds throughout the year’s. This one is the best by far with all the amenities, views and social gatherings! There has been some changes with Management during that time. However, Brittany has been a constant through it all. Thank goodness they promoted her! I see some bad reviews on here from a former tenant and their friends who did not lease here. We are a positive and family friendly community. We enjoy the beauty of our campground and it’s staff that help to keep it that way. We thank management keeping out the “riff raff” so we can keep our camp clean, safe and enjoyable for all to experience. 🥰

I was a camper here for over 2 years and never had any problems that management or a good neighbor couldn't help me resolve. It's location is perfect in the woods on the ICW, private, quiet and well maintained. It's amenities include a pool, clubhouse, laundromat, his/her bathhouse with heat and ac, fishing pier, dog lots. They have potluck meals for anyone that wants to participate and plenty of gatherings amongst the regulars. Whenever I go to back to visit, I'm always welcomed as if I never left.
Unfortunately the recent bad reviews were left by selfish, narcissistic part-timers that did their best to cause havoc amongst family-friendly people and gratefully management was able to remove them.
I truly do recommend that you check this place out.

Absolutely Beautiful Property, Very well maintained with so many site options! Brittany the Property manager is Amazing and will take care of all your needs!! Also has plenty of onsite activities and gatherings for your stay!! Furry Friends have a great area to play as well,, sitting on the inter-coastal too!! Can’t beat the Sunrises and Sunsets!! Highly recommend

Hello I have had an annual lease at Harbor Point for 3 years. My family and I have felt welcome here 100 percent. The management team have gone above and beyond to accommodate us and or needs. I would highly recommend this RV park. You will not find another park in this area as nice. I would like to say to the ones leaving bad reviews most likely couldn’t adhere to the family friendly environment here. So thankful Brittany and management team for all the hard work keeping the park clear of problem tenants !

I have been here over 3 years now and spend every chance I get at my camper. It’s a great community and I always feel safe leaving my camper til I return. It’s gated so not everyone can just ride thru. My kids and grands love it as much as I do and the locals here are like family. We have events and plan things together and look out for each other. I encourage you to check some of the local campgrounds here and guarantee you won’t find another for the price and with the amenities this one has to include a pool, clubhouse, pier on the intercostal waterway, heated and ac bathhouses and laundry room with a change machine. I love my little piece of heaven.

Being an annual lease holder for the last four years at Harbor Point RV Community has been a great experience. Safety measures are robust, creating a secure environment with a gated entrance. The community's family-friendly atmosphere adds a warm touch, and the array of amenities, including a dock, pool, clubhouse, laundromat, playground, and dog parks meeting the needs of all campers! It's a well-rounded and welcoming community for RV enthusiasts seeking a safe and family-oriented environment with excellent facilities. You won’t find another campground in the area like Harbor Point!

I am new to the RV camping. This was my first time at the camp grounds. It was GREAT!! Clean, well kept and maintained place. Gated to keep anyone out that doesn't need to be there. Tucked away, quiet and peaceful. I will book here again!

My grandaughter and her fiancé are living there for now and I was very surprised how neat and clean everything is along with large lots.

VERY, VERY nice place, GREAT place for small kids and families. SUPER clean. LOVED EVERYTHING about it. Will DEFINITELY be back MANY times!! Thank you for having us 🙏

I had the opportunity to stay at this park for 3 years. It is the most stunning setting on the intracoastal waterway. I miss my walks through the oak trees where the Spanish moss just dropped you with shade while you enjoyed the beautiful nature. I miss my mental therapy sitting on the pier watching the yachts move from the South back up North. I miss walking and speaking to the wonderful people that visit their. I was so fortunate to have one of the best lots in the park. Life has taken me in a different direction now but if I'm back this way I hope I will be welcome back. This is a beautiful park and I would recommend it to anyone. Madeline Miller

My in laws have a place here. The community is very clean and well looked after, really enjoy the pier, easy to fish at. The bathrooms are FANTASTIC compared to alot of other RV community/parks.

All I have to say is wow. Just perfect! Staff is perfect the whole property is perfect the lawn care and maintenance is perfect. Gated community camper RV dreamland. I adore this place.Its huge and the dog park is cute. The pool is beautiful. Just wow!

Best Rv park I can think of. Beautiful trees on most lots. The smaller lots are bigger than most Rv parks around here. Very quiet and scenic. Great management team working here . Can't ask for nicer people. Me and my wife have loved every minute here. I recommend this park to any and all.

It has been great thus far!!! I think that most often than not, negative reviews come from people who are unhappy with life in general. So sad for them, but really happy for me!!! 🤗

Very nice campground, very good staff, the waterfront sites are awesome. Great pool, bathrooms and buildings are very nice. This is a great campground for short or long term stays.

Absolutely loved staying here. Definitely will be back. Great people and place!

I love this place and my neighbors...I wish that they could cut us a break on September payment since we had to run from the storm...and most of us were gone for nearly a month...

Nice, quiet, clean, AND mostly close to the beach at a good price. We come every year.

Love this place had my wedding under the biggest oak tree i have ever seen very small and private wedding...very clean grounds
