Great place to store, however the gate wasn't working yesterday (Friday 6/5/21) or today (6/6/21) and was not able to get ahold of anyone at the main number or the Wilmington number to get someone to fix it. So myself and another patron who was there to get his boat as well was unable to access the area to get our boats. We even knocked on the door of the building onsite and even though there was a car there we didn't get an answer. The lights were on in the building as well. We knocked on more than the front door and still no answer. This was very discouraging.

no one ANSWERS THE PHONE!! tried to get ahold of these people for the last three weeks, left voicemails, even called the number provided in the voicemail… absolutely nothing.
