Freshway Food Mart

Stopped in for gas. The restaurant section was closed, which seems to be the majority of negative reviews. The gas station was neat and clean, including the bathrooms. Would stop here again

Good food at a reasonable price. Just don't be in a hurry. It's not fast food.

The waitresses were sweet and genuine. The food was much better than I expected. My flounder was moist and delicious. The fried squash was freshly cooked and nicely breaded. My girlfriend's vegetables were evenly seasoned and the portions were appropriate.
The appearance of our waitresses was way too casual. (I'm being very nice) They looked like they had just recently rolled out of bed the put on clothes that were on the floor and came to work. The restaurant is in a convenience store and it was way too hot to be comfortable. There were lots of flies buzzing around the entire time we ate which was unsettling. It was a one time experience given the context involved,but they could move to a separate location upgrade the atmosphere and sanitation(give the waitresses a makeover) and they would do very well.

If in front of the door is supposed to be for handicapped vehicles to have room to exit their vehicles then the white lines need to be repainted or it needs to be marked. Considering how I ran a convenient store for 6 years... maybe having customers that come to sit down and eat at the cafe should be directed to park on the sides. That way the parking at the front of the store can be utilized better for customers that are quickly running in to grab something. Food for thought. Seems like most of the reviews are already low so maybe I should have known better than to stop there in the first place.

Needs new gas pumps .

Runs out of food about every day because the so call chef don't fix much. It's all ways hot in three restaurants. The last time I was there it was 86 degrees in side the bulding. And Webb will other call you back. He must be getting a lot of negative calls about the restaurant.

Just had dinner it was all cold . potato not cooked all the way and not hot.corn bread cold and hard.steak had hard gristles through it.This is the last time I eat there. thank you for the service.

The only time I go near this store is to use the cashpoints. It's a cluster "blank" for trying to get gas, park, check out, or simply getting back on 117.

Ghetto gas station. Half the pumps are broke, none of the food service is open and its dirty as hell.
