Napoli Cafe (Sneads Ferry)

Came here this morning for some breakfast! Got the 3 egg croissant and my friend got the panini with egg. Everything was the perfectly toasted, reasonably priced and the wait inside was roughly 15 minutes. Will definitely be coming back.

A wonderful Italian cafe. Lavazza coffee, all the variations, hot or cold. Breakfast all day includes sandwiches and omelettes. Breakfast veggie and cheese panini was delicious. The veggies were cooked. There are some Italian desserts and a selection of Blue Bunny ice cream. I highly recommend this ice cream from Iowa.

This quickly became our go-to spot for vacation week! The coffee and breakfast sandwiches were delicious. The pesto with the sandwich was amazing! The staff was welcoming and kind! Next time we're going to try a waffle because they looked so good. Highly recommend!

Great little coffee shop if you're in the mood for a good latte or mocha! We are staying in North Topsail and it's only a 11 minute drive there. Friendly service and made our coffees extra hot to make sure they could be enjoyed back at the condo. Definitely recommend!

A better and healthier breakfast place than anything else in the area. Food was fresh and they had a decent amount of options. Interior of the restaurant needs some work (new paint, base in the bathroom, General touch ups) but beside that it was a good experience for a decent price.

Excellent Italian cold cut sub, and the staff was so friendly! Ask for extra of the creamy Italian horseradish dressing; well worth the visit.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich and got the panini which was excellent. Nice quick, light sandwich.

This quaint little cafe is the best in the area! From their breakfast paninis, to the salads and subs...every dish is delicious! And endless choices of pastries, muffins,cheesecakes, baklava, crumbcake, limencello, tiramisu, cannolis and so many other delectable choices for your sweet tooth! The coffee, shakes, fresh fruit smoothies and ice cream is the best around! Also,what an amazing staff they employee, the very best of the best! Every hardworking staff member is hospitable, kind, friendly, generous and always willing to help answers any questions. The owners are doing it right! Highly recommend this place to every local and tourist when visiting this lovely town.

When you walk in its clean warm and inviting. The Ruben was perfect made fresh just how it should be with a side of their fresh in house dressing. I highly recommend this nice hole in the wall restaurant and coffee shop.

Staff is so nice! They answered our questions on the new drink menu and helped us make a decision.

Great coffee shop and sandwich shop. I had a 4 egg breakfast panini and it was terrific. Their sub sandwiches are excellent too.

Great place to have breakfast, if you want to have a lazy morning just go here and eat delicious food!

Great quality. Great workers. GREAT prices. Went there 2 times in one week while visiting. Will go tomorrow too. The girl who makes my lattes makes them so delicious. The subs come with unexpected and delicious corn salsa. We tried the waffles with ice cream another day and that was also delicious. They need more help because the girl was making coffee and taking orders and that’s a lot to do when people keep coming in nonstop. She was rocking it though.

The sandwich was so fresh and delicious. The ice cream coffee too. But the best part was this yummy chocolate cannoli. Definitely coming back.

A Topsail staple - food is delicious and coffee drinks are out of this world. Staff is so kind and accommodating. Cute hole-in-the-wall vibe. Service is quick and breakfast all day is a must have. Thanks Napoli!

We were on the vacation with my husband and visited this cafe for the breakfast! And it was soooo good and delicious!! The owner, Julia, is so in love with her business, she served our table, she was so kind and nice! And the meal was very good! Definitely will visit this place again! And yes, best coffee on this shore)))

Drive thru window open all day and amazing sandwiches. Just what we needed after a full morning. Definitely want to go back. Everything on the menu sounded good - it was hard to choose!

We had a great experience here this morning! Best breakfast we had our whole trip. Customer service was immaculate, Maddie was very helpful and sweet. Great food, great coffee, great prices can’t get much better than that!

Was here today for lunch for the first time. Staff helped me figure out what I wanted.
My experience was VERY pleasant, loved the food!
