This is the #1 storage property in our area by far! They have competitive pricing, very clean and well kept. The manager Autumn and assistant manager Melissa are so awesome, they do whatever they can to accommodate their patrons. My experience was amazing, Autumn was so helpful and informative over the phone. I rented this unit sight unseen and when I got there it exceeded my expectations. I called around and coastal was the best priced. It is clean, well managed and convenient. It was really hot the day we moved our things in and the manager came over with cold bottles of water.

Customer service is excellent! I had an issue with my gate code outside of normal business hours; I called the number on the sign; my issue was resolved within 5 minutes. The next morning I received a call from the lady in the office who called to apologize for any inconvenience and let me know she was personally looking into the matter. Less than an hour later, she called and texted me to let me know the issue had been resolved.

The girls in the front office, are so friendly, and helpful. The storage units are very clean, and the climate control kept all my items nice!! No mold or mildew on clothing and bed linen. I highly recommend this place, for you're storage needs.
