Adrian is a superstar barista! So professional, so personable. She always takes the time to make your order just perfect and I just love how she remembers regular customer names and the little details on their orders. She’s great!

Been going here for the past several months and the drinks and service are top notch! Also shoutout to Nicole for her amazing customer service!

Vanessa was the only one working and she was a rockstar!

Super convenient. Everyone is friendly. Not loads of seats but I’ve always been able to find a place. Not all Starbucks make good Chai. They always do.

It’s also a great place to hang out for hours and get some work done. I’ve never felt rushed to leave and I’ve actually had some great conversations with people who I sat near.

They also have outside tables with umbrellas for when it’s warm.

Great experience with Maha and Katie helping me today! Big smiles and friendly staff make all the difference!

I continue to be disappointed at this store. Never have I ever received a hot Americano as ordered… ever. I’ve asked them to run the water. I’ve complained. Never changes. No letter the time of day. No matter if we order without half and half. It doesn’t matter what we do our closest Starbucks fails to deliver. We stop going for a few weeks at a time and get tired of goi g to the one farther away and try this one again but it never improves. And they don’t seem to care.

The cashier told me their computer system is old so you can’t use all the features of the Starbucks app. If using the app, you can only pay with the reload option, not with your personal linked card. They don’t take Apple Pay either. Also, beware redeeming star rewards at this location. Again, due to the “old” systems (that’s what the cashier kept blaming), the star rewards only take off the cost of the actual drink; any milk substitutes or customizations you have to pay for. This is not the case at any other Starbucks.

In addition, the baristas are hit or miss. I come here all the time (bc it’s convenient), they must have recently got new staff because lately the baristas give attitude when you ask for your drink to be made a certain way. I have been drinking the same drink almost daily for the past 6 years. Never had an issue except for at this location. I think the baristas are not well trained on how to make the different drinks correctly.

First it seems like people are mixing this Starbucks up with another one, this one is inside a Harris Teeter so no drive through.
As to there drinks I noticed I pay more in Harris Teeter Starbucks and it seems that they short you a shot when ordering a flat white, should be Ristretto shots with one more than a regular latte.
If you order it like I do, saying the number of shots, they charge for the “extra”.
Not cool, but not the employees fault and hopefully not Starbucks... so this location losses 2 stars.

Ordered on the app and was told they don't have a bakery item I ordered. Normally thats fine since every other star bucks would substitute with something THEY have, but they told me to ask someone in harris tetter to give me for a bakery item at Starbucks prices. Might as well just order from there.

They said I would not get a refund either.

i usually come here and have no issue, but there is this one worker, i think he is a trainer (looks: brown/black hair, asian, tall) he was so rude and has no idea what he is doing. he spilled the ice every where on the floor on purpose, told me i was making his job “too difficult” because i ordered 3 drinks, giving me a total attitude while I was being polite, told his coworkers that they should make the drink instead and was being a jerk to them, and at the end even asked me if he deserved to get paid. I was really upset with that worker. On top of that they were out of almost all the ingredients/toppings (whip cream, white mocha, caramel, etc)

Since Kelly left the service has been terrible (except Angel she is friendly and keeps the flow) the "manager " Mia was extremely rude and condescending. I will roll on down to Duncan . Kelly if you see this you are so missed by so many

Too lazy to make iced coffee the way I asked even though every other Starbucks I've been to would.

Price high , overrated
