Topsail Way Shopping Center

This is such a wonderful shopping center that we bad need and very much need more like in our area of Sneads Ferry! It’s got quite a few stores to choose from that are all very different from each other and are good enough stores that do a ton of business. The parking lot is always full!

This is a nice little shopping area. This little area has grown a lot in recent years. The little roses, grocery store, and surf shop are nice. Little places. Decent selection, friendly staff, and the places are very clean overall.

I end up spending wayyy to much time in here...& I don't mean that in a bad way! there's sooo much stuff to look at! Love going here!!

Stopped here for flip flops and ice cream. Tons of things to choose from and reasonably priced.

Friendly staff, clean, had everything I was looking for.

Big store but high prices. Long lines and only 1 person working the counter. Kinda dumb if you ask me.They wanted $140 for a beach chair that cost like $10 to make and would cost maybe $40 somewhere else. Ridiculous!!

I love all of the souvenir shops but this one was just a little bit too expensive but the employees that was working there they were very sweet nice and courteous and was helping us better than I’ve seen any retail store actually help someone

We stopped in for coffee from Napoli Cafe. Coffees were great. Napoli's crumb cake was lights out of this world outstanding. It seemed like a nice shopping center with a Food Lion and Golden China. Lotsa souvenir shops very close by.

Great place for souvenirs from North Topsail Island, North Carolina. Huge selection

I visit here pretty much once a day every day, sometimes multiple times a day. Good ol' Food Lion. Got Advance Auto, Roses, Golden China, Napoli ice Cream and Coffee, and a realty office. Can't beat it. Only thing bad is that it can be hard to get out of parking lot midday, but that's the price paid for tropical living

Great little shopping plaaza with Roses, Food Lion and a few smaller eateries/realtors, etc. Best days, Tues-Thursday

Store not very busy this time of the year but found what we were looking for...a little expensive though

Food Lion has food and home items you may need. Roses is if you need clothes or small items for a cheap price. Lastly the Advance Auto will help with Car parts if you need to replace anything for your car or truck. Great place to stop for tourists and a much needed place for the locals as well as I have lived in this town for 8 years moving into my 9th.

Rose's store is nice. They have something for everyone. Prices are good

Food lion, Chinese food restaurant, breakfast type restaurant and souvenir shop in same parking lot along with a few other retail establishments.

Nice clean safe shopping center plenty of Lights has 20 different stores has a Lowes Food Store a dollar store but plenty of food there a Taco Bell in a Wendy's and there's a gas station as well

Great priced for tourists. Military discounts and awesome selection.

Convenient shopping strip for local beach goers and tourist staying nearby. I'm from Richlands, made a special trip to come to the area searching for good a seafood restaurant. I always enjoy stopping in to checkout Rose's Express, great prices at end of season. And there's an Advance Auto there, never know when you'll need a part for your vehicle while on vacation or cruising around the beach. I remember seeing a Golden China Restaurant in the strip, I've personally haven't been to this restaurant at this particular location but have enjoyed a bite from other neighboring towns that have a China Garden. You'll also have a Food Lion grocery store in this strip and a gas station and car wash at the entryway to the shopping center, all can be accessed without leaving the shopping center parking lot! True convenience! I found the staff at Rose's Express to be friendly and informative, knowing the stores merchandise as well as the area which is helpful for you out of towners, such as myself, I tend to visit a couple times a year.
