Day 7 Salon & Spa

I had Mary and she did a wonderful job. I was nervous because of my curly hair and not many people know how to style or cut it properly. She was sweet and got straight to it, I’m not much of a talker and so the silence between us both was very comforting. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I was vacationing in Topsail and googled Makeup services - Kit did my makeup for my vow renewal and she did an amazing job! She listened to what I wanted and I absolutely loved the results! Very professional salon - a definite 5 star! Thank you Kit!!

I scheduled my first appointment with Kit. I am new to this area. I needed advise on how to take care of my hair this summer. She took her time and very carefully examined my hair and I am grateful for her expertise. I absolutely love my haircut. She listens and is such a beautiful person. This was a first experience waxing of the back and chest, and it was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had. She did great. But obviously, it was beyond painful. I was full of swear words. It was a great but terrible experience. Staff are lovely and sweet and always sure to make sure you're comfortable.

Miss Bailey Peterson, if you read this, all I have to say is thank you for bringing me waters and cookies while I was having an existential crisis shaking like a B**** the entire time.

Not just a hair salon!!!
My mother in law and I had an amazing experience today getting manicures and pedicures with Julie and Chi (I’m guessing that’s how you spell her name). I’ve been living here for almost 5 months and had no idea Day 7 did nail services until my MIL mentioned that she wanted to get hers done while visiting. Julie and Chi are not only very professional but also so friendly and accommodating. Julie gave us some awesome restaurant recommendations. I’m so happy I found an awesome place to get my nails done so close to my house!

A huge thank you to the ahhmazing Terri! She always gets me in last minute what makes not only my hair look incredible. She also makes me feel amazing. Thanks Terri. You are amazing.

Mary is an excellent hair stylist! Mary has cut, highlighted, colored my roots, styled my hair for 9+ years. I have thick graying hair. I am so happy every time I leave the salon.

I went to this salon for the first time with trepidation, as my last haircut (from another establishment) was such a disaster!
Andrea was very nice, knowledgeable and skilled. In fact, the haircut she gave me is one of my favorites…ever!!! And she was fixing a mess!!! It’s just what I asked for and the way she cut it makes it so easy to style and manage it!
I will definitely be back!

Andrea is very kind, fast, and incredibly skilled at cutting my hair. I don't trust anyone else now! She is able to cut a lot of bulk and dead ends off without making it look like I just got 5 inches chopped off (which I have, twice, in the last year)... even my husband commented, "it looks so much healthier but it doesn't really look shorter". Every woman's ideal haircut! I have no idea how she does it, but it's truly a talent!

From out of town..made appointment for a pedicure with Julie. It was one of the best pedicures i ever had. She was friendly and professional. I will most likely come to Day 7 Salon next summer.

Went in to schedule a shampoo and cut with Cathy and she was able to take me right in. She always remembers just how I like it cut even when I go months between cuts. Great service, always! If you need a massage, I highly recommend Tammy! She has really made a difference in my health. 10/10 recommend Day 7!

Have been using Day 7 since I moved to Sneads Ferry last June. Tammi gives a phenomenal massage. Finds each area that needs work. Kathy has been doing a great job with my hair. All are friendly and so helpful. I highly recommend to anyone,

Walked in today for an appointment they were able to squeeze in for me last minute. I rarely trust people with my hair considering it’s been chopped off too much in the past. Kathy did an amazing job with my hair & eyebrows. Now I know why they call this place a spa.. not only do they do hair but they do waxing, nails, tanning etc. I will definitely be back due to the amazing service I received today from Kathy

Update: I went to write a review for this place and realized I already had done so in the past. Ironically I called in today to see if they could squeeze me in last minute and ended up seeing Kathy again(not realizing I had worked with her previously) She did an amazing job. Thanks Kathy!

I had such a great experience with Julie Penton! She did a facial and my eyebrows. Julie educated me on products that would benefit my skin. She also helped eliminate a lot of heaviness and congestion within my pores. I have NEVER been to a place where I received a wonderful treatment, be correctly informed on the products I use/ being used on the service, and to have such an uplifting person handling me skin was the icing on top.

If you are in need of a relaxing spa day, haircut, wax, facial, or many other tempting offerings, this is a perfect spot for you. They are usually able to accommodate same day appointments and have excellent customer service. I will also say a special thanks to Kit, she is especially skilled and worth waiting for her to be available. Kit’s most recent work on me is shown in this picture, a bright red ombré into my natural color.

I received a 60 minute full body massage gift certificate for Mother's Day. I had previously tried a therapist in Surf City but was unimpressed. I decided to give this place a try and I am so happy I did!! Tammy was amazing!! In fact, it was the best massage I have received in the 12 years I have been getting massages. She made it all about me!! And encouraged me to be open and speak up if at any time I didn't like something. I left feeling amazing and cannot wait to go back for another hour of heavenly bliss!! I highly recommend her!!

Kit gave me a great gel manicure 2 weeks ago. Today I got an hour long full body massage which was spectacular from Tammy! Julie just gave me a great pedicure. Highly recommended. Sanitary and safe!
