We were traveling and hauling a trailer in the area. There was a tire on the trailer we were getting more and more concerned about. Thomas Tire had the tire, we stopped by (a second off the highway) and they put it on right then.
Nice new facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Highly recommend.

EXCELLENT !! From the first step inside the door the staff made sure I was taken care of and went out of the way to make sure my tires were balanced and safe. Noah spotted the problem almost immediately and fixed the problem near closing time. Thank you so much for getting me back on the road.

The building itself was incredible, beautiful and clean even the bays. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. Everyone was polite courteous and helpful. When issues were found with our truck they took the time to show my husband what it was and explain it to him so that we would know what and why needed to be repaired the next time. We were extremely impressed with the services provided to us.

Got a good deal on 2 tires and wheels. The staff was nice and helpful. We were there longer than expected because after they were finished and we had everything loaded they just left us waiting in the lobby. We had to ask someone else about our bill and he pulled it right up and apologized for the wait.

Ordered tires Thru Craig twice now,always professional,down to earth,very time efficient and great pricing! We look forward to purchasing more tires for our fleet of vehicles in the future from Craig. We appreciate someone who knows our time and money is valued.

Yesterday was my second visit to Thomas Tire - Commercial Division, and I was again exceptionally pleased with the level of professionalism and attention to detail by Curtis the Service Manager and his entire team!

Upon my arrival at my appointment time, there was no waiting and they were ready to jump on the work I needed done. Curtis coordinated his team like he was conducting a symphony. The crew completed the work quickly and Curtis was sure to make sure every critical step was performed correctly.

I drive over an hour to have my motorhome tire and chassis service done by this great team...because they are just that good.

When I called the person answering the phone, Curtis, he was extremely helpful. He gave me his cell phone number so I could contact him directly. He had me photograph the cut tire on my 40 foot motor home and text the picture to him so he could positively identify the tire. He called back shortly thereafter and told me he found the exact same tire. The next day when the tire was delivered to him he immediately sent a truck out to my house with the new tire driven by the man who was going to change the tire. That individual, Houston, was very personable, polite, and extremely competent. He obviously was very expert at replacing large tires. He said he had been doing it for many years. He did it in far less time than I would have expected and did a meticulous job. When he finished Curtis allowed me to pay by credit card over the phone. I received a detailed receipt by email within 5 minutes. I highly recommend Thomas Tire Commercial in Asheboro, NC.

I have done an Alighnment and replacement of cab mounts at this place. Cannot comment on the quality of work just yet, as not enough time had passed to gauge the quality of Alighnment.

These guys were very friendly and do have a nice waiting area.

I do recommend people to shop around with the dealer though. A lot of times dealer might charge more per hr $ but will do the whole job for less money. - as dealers bill by the book vs regular shops bill by hours spent.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because not enough time has passed to determine the quality of work. So far, I’d use them again if need to.

I have changed the rating to 5 stars as of 03/02/2021. So far, no problems with uneven tire wear nor cab mounts. I’d use them again.

I have been going to Thomas Tire for 17 years. Service is always outstanding. They constantly strive to make each and every visit the best.

Since their move to the new facility I have been there once. I had a alinement problem. Took all day to fix, but Curtis and crew came through. I was kept informed of the progress. I am very satisfied with my choice of shops here.

I was traveling and pulling my horse trailer with my horses and blew a trailer tire. Thomas tire in Asheboro was able to help me out with loaning me a tire, changing my blown tire. I bought 5 new tires for my trailer this day. Thank you for your great service

We had multiple tire issues w/ our pickup truck coming home from the beach. Thomas Tire helped get us back on the road. We had run out of all options & it was after hours. Tech they sent was super nice, Bryan put 2 new tires on front. Reliable service. they were very busy but checked back in with us to update us on wait times. Would definitely recommend them. Bryan even called to check on us to make sure we got home ok. You can’t beat that. 5 stars for sure

The staff at Thomas Tire was polite and courteous. I was a walk in customer and they made every effort to get me taken care of and out the door as quickly as possible. The guys there are really great. Everything needed to get me back on the road quickly was done! I live in Stayesville NC but can assure you this they will be my go to place for all my needs to keep me on the road and my truck in great running order!

I'm a truck driver who is not from the area and I had a tire start to come apart near Asheboro NC. I called Thomas Tire and they got me up and going quickly. They were friendly, professional and helpful. I've had blowouts before in other areas of the country and tire shops took advantage of me. Thomas Tire wasn't like that at all, they were more than fair. Gave me a great price and fast, efficient service. I highly recommend Thomas Tire!

Went there for a front end alignment on my 2021 motorhome. Was taken care of quickly at a reasonable price. Nice waiting room and first class shop.

Been there times to sanford, nc location. Each time had different issues although they were all tire related. Experience has been very each time. Guys at service desk are friendly and make you comfortable with their ability to resolve your issues which they have every time with the work of their shop workers. Have and would recommend them to anyone

I am very satisfied with the work performed. The time estimate was actuate and the price was reasonable. The personnel in the shop that did the work took the time to explain what they did and what they found. I would recommend Thomas Tire Commercial for any RV tire alignment service.

Thomas tire is now my new go-to place for tires. Curtis and Reid got me right in as soon as I arrived. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. They really seem like they wanted my business and I appreciate that. Oh yeah the little coupon for the restaurant across the road was nice too, thank you so much.

Since we have found Thomas Tire is Asheboro we go out of our way to use them & only them. Great service, great prices, they care about their customers, never have to wait long.
