I have been a B&T Customer for years and years. Gene Helms is more of a house manager for us! He’s great at giving us tips on how to keep our home preserved against the humidity and NC bugs and is very thorough in inspecting and keeping up on the latest! Thank you for your consistent, timely service and great advice Gene!

I have been using B&T almost 4 years they are wonderful. If I have any issues I call in and they send someone right away. Gene is usually who comes he’s highly knowledgeable about the different types of bugs and always knows just what to do to combatant our problem.

B&T Pest Control treated 3 of my houses today. I went with a monthly contract which takes care of termites, ants , bugs etc. inside and outside. Gene, Nick, and Abram did a great job and are very nice and Gene explained how the contract works and answered and of my questions. I would definitely recommend them. Price is very reasonable.

Our Technician Chris explained the process, procedures, and information in GREAT detail. He was a gentleman and kind man while at our home. It was nice having the opportunity to work with him and the B&T Control Company. I look forward to their services.

We have had this service for 3 years and can't say enough about the service. Gene installed the de humidifier and has been out multiple times to make sure working properly.. Would highly recommended their technicians for pest control and for de humidifier installation. Extremely prompt to respond when in need of service.

This company did a great job! Nick Helms was able to address all my concerns and answered all my questions. Nick Helms and Josh McLamb did a great job applying the liquid treatment around my house. I was also very impressed with their safety precautions. They used all the proper PPE to protect themselves and others.

We have used B&T for a while now and have had zero issues. Josh handles our home and is always polite and respectful as well as very knowledgeable. We love how he contacts us to let us know he is coming ahead of time and when he’s done. Keep up the great work B&T!

I would like to share that the exterminator, Jeff Brown for B&T that has been coming to my home monthly has done more than two other well known businesses have in a shorter amount of time and I would definitely recommend him and this company. A+ Very happy with our experience with B&T. Receptionist was friendly, listened to my problem, and provided some helpful info while setting us up with a same-week appointment for an inspection. Gene arrived right on schedule. He was very professional, did a thorough inspection, and took the time to explain his findings to me. He didn't try to convince us we needed any unnecessary or unrelated services, provided a fair and reasonable quote, but also went above and beyond to explain a DIY solution if I chose to go that route. It was really nice to work with a business that wasn't solely concerned with trying to squeeze more money out of a customer. They definitely earned our trust, and we'll be making them our first call for pest control from here on.
