Five stars for Lakeisha! I came in alone as I was traveling for work. She was working reception and quickly seated me. Instead of having me wait for a waiter, she offered to take my order and made me feel welcome. Food was great. Tried vegan Mac and Cheese and it was fantastic.

Everything we have gotten here is delicious! The kids are even happy with their meals and it all tastes so fresh !! Do not miss out on their homemade dessert case- soooo much to choose from and they are to die for!! 🙌🏽 don't wait... just go!

We love Salty Sistas! The food is great and the service is always phenomenal! The transition to Italian, we think, is a great success. Highly recommend the Parmesan crusted Mahi!

Let’s talk about the service. Our waitress Aitch is the best in the entire place!!! She’s very attentive and is always eager to make sure we have everything that we need.

This place is a hidden gem. We were a little confused because the menu online was different from the menu we received, but they said they just started the new Italian menu on Thursday and they were still working out the kinks. The food was delicious, I’m so happy to see vegan and gluten free options offered in such a small southern town. One of the owners came out and checked on us as we were eating our meal, which was a great touch. She was super friendly and it was great talking to her. Our server Jodi was attentive, efficient, and very kind to us, even though we showed up 20 minutes before close like idiots 🤦🏻‍♀ I’m
excited for them to get more organized with everything :)

Menu changed from what was posted when we looked this place up. It is now Italian. Hot bread was great. Fabulous lobster Bisque, even better lobster ravioli. Tried two different cake slices, not a fan of either the Lemoncello or Chocolate. Looked better than they tasted. Service was impecable.

We had lunch here and loved this place so much we went back the next day for dinner! The lobster roll and crab cake was delicious and everything everyone else had looked amazing—but as fantastic as the food was the service was even better! Our server, H, was the absolute best and her personality made our time even better! Salty Sistas is a MUST when you’re in the Topsail area!

My husband and I ate at Salty Sisters today for the first time, and the food was delicious. I loved their lobster roll. Our waitress "H" was nice and super friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Definitely the best breakfast place around topsail. Omelet was amazing and the chicken and waffles my wife got were phenomenal. My son loved the giant pancakes and bacon too! Prices were low compared to how amazing the food was, which everyone can appreciate now days. Our server was super quick, attentive and even entertained our little one!

Fantastic place! The food was amazing. Every single item we ordered we enjoyed. The staff and the physical location are great. They have plenty of seating for large parties. Lots of food options from seafood to chicken tenders. A vegetarian will also find several good items on the menu. Highly recommend this location if you are in town!

First time eating here but won’t be our last. With 9 in our party it was great to reserve a table a head of time. Our server H read our table perfectly. We had 7 teenage/ young adults with us and she entertained them! She was SO funny, very generous and enjoyed her job very much. The food was excellent! Everyone enjoyed their meal. We weren’t going to get dessert but could pass it up. We ended up leaving with 5 different items that were gone later that evening. By far our most enjoyable meal at Top Sail!

Went in for the first time since the Italian Renovation and honestly, I was blown away. Our server, Aitch, was a DELIGHT, and seriously good at her job, too.

The Alfredo was creamy and rich, the house made bread was fresh and warm and comforting, and the cannoli (the only thing I did get a picture of!) stood up to memories of famous cannoli places in NYC, Boston, and Minneapolis.

I finally have a phenomenal flagship restaurant to recommend to visiting friends and family. I only wish they were open 7 days a week!

STELLA was STELLAR! She’s super sweet and attentive; and she has cool tattoos and hair.
I had Bang bang chicken bites which were so good and some crème brûlée cheesecake to-go. I wish I could have this all the time.
Their gift shop is also super cute!

This place is absolutely amazing! All the food was homemade and fresh. The lobster bisque soup was to die for and the appetizers were unique and delicious. There was also a nice variety of cakes available, the coconut cream and pistachio almond cake slices were amazing! Our server Aitch was super nice and attentive and made our experience even better! Will be back again!

We visit Top Sail every year and try a new restaurant every time.. this place did not disappoint. Amazing Food! The lobster roll and shrimp tacos are 2nd to none. So good I wanted to bring one back to Virginia

Great atmosphere, clean and nicely put together restaurant. The food was very good and I know my food coming from an Italian background. The dessert is something to write home about the seven layer cake was a home run with my family so definitely save room for dessert of take it to go like we did. We had a little wait for our food but Hope was wonderful and kept us informed and even comped dessert for our wait. Our waitress was so sweet and wearing a smile the whole time making dinner that much more enjoyable. We will definitely be back and let our friends know where good Italian is !!

The short rib ravioli dish was ridiculously good, very impressed!
I do wish that a small salad or a small cup of soup (Italian wedding perhaps) would be included with the entree, even bump the enree price a buck or two, still a good value. That's not a criticism to the restaurant, just personal preference. The place is great.

I remember coming to this restaurant a long time ago, but I wasn't sure if it was the same place. Either way, the changes that were made left a lasting impression.

The food was good and came out hot.
We had the mimosa flight - I wasn't sure what each flavor was. My husband and I shared two flights... I want to say each one was a different flavor. They weren't labeled and we didn't pick them. Neither of us were concerned about it - but I guess other people would make a fuss about it. We ordered Belgian waffle churros to share (pictured) and they were pretty good! Husband had a breakfast burrito and I ordered a small breakfast plate. (The usual eggs, sausage, potatoes, and a biscuit). Reminds me of one of my local breakfast spots back home, but with alcohol and a bakery... Which is a plus.

Honestly, the bakery is what really won me, the macaroons were great! (dragon fruit was my favorite) they have vegan options too! Great if you may have an egg allergy.

Their menu was pretty well-rounded, it'll definitely be in our rotation.

We came in with a party of 9. The food was delicious, amazing made from scratch Alfredo. Prices were very reasonable for the portions they serve. Delicious spumoni ice cream! And the cherry on top was our server, Aitch. She was outstanding! With a 9 top that ranged in age from twin four year olds to a 92 year old great grandma with dimentia, Aitch knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend!

Woah! This is something I would eat multiple times a week! Will be returning! This was out of this world. Fast service and amazing food. Staff is amazing as well. Very clean and professional.

Came once before it was restyled as an Italian restaurant, food and staff were great. Happy to say everything is still awesome with their new menu! Fresh bread served with your meal, nice drink menu, entrees and desserts. Kenzy, our waitress, was very kind and attentive. This is definitely a great family or date-night restaurant!
