Cates Creek Park

Beautiful park with a stream in the background. There is a large soccer field attached. It has a bathroom with beautiful picnic benches at a great vantage point to see the kids as they play.

Cute little park with a nice sized playground for young kids. Also a nice open field with soccer goals and some walking trails in the woods!

Very nice hidden gem in Hillsborough!!!

Many options for children of all ages to play. Bathrooms were freshly cleaned when we arrived. There is also talk of building a skateboard park here to provide more options in the future.

The grandkids love it. The playground covers multiple age groups.

On a mild day when we want to get elderly parents out of the house...this is a great place to have a picnic. It has several picnic tables and a playground that always provides great background noise (kids playing).

Nestled in am area that is very light traffic. They have swings and a great climbing structure including monkey bars and balancing areas. They also have plastic bongos and a xylophone!

Just passing through the town and seen the sign for this park and stopped so my kids could play some.. it's a small playground but very clean and nice. . There's a covered seating area for the parents with bathrooms right beside the playground and there's an open field right beside of it to let your dogs run around also.. its also paroled by the local police, which i thought was really cool cause where i live the local police never partrol the parks..

The female bathroom, at the least, needs better upkeep, however.

It’s a clean park with clean and like new play equipment and a big soccer field. My only recommendation would be play equipment for toddlers. The current equipment is only for older children.

Great little park! I wish it had trails other than a sidewalk by the road though.
