Our most recent experience was with a pet that was not a patient at Piedmont. He was a very sick baby. There were no available appointments but since we had another pet as a patient, they were able to work in our baby. The outcome was not what we wanted but the attention he received was so appreciated. Thank you Piedmont Vet!!

From my dog's assessment appointment , his surgery, to the follow up care, this vet has provided caring, thorough, quality care. Dr. Kipp is highly knowledgeable. We trust her judgement and recommendations.

PVC has gone through multiple transitions in the last several years. Even so, the quality of veterinary care and customer relations remains very strong. I have total trust in this clinic.

I am a pet owner of 3 cats and one dog. I could write a book on my experiences with Piedmont as we have visited them quite frequently.

One of my cats was caught in an animal trap and it was doubtful he would ever gain full use of his leg again. After treatment and TLC by PVC, he is back to catching birds as if nothing ever happened. One might say it was one of his 9 lives, but I give all the credit to PVC.

Bloodwork was recommended for my dog prior to dental work and they noticed a high liver value and tested her again. Their attention to this detail identified several health issues that she was not yet showing signs. She is undergoing treatments as well and the values are improving. This early diagnosis allowed us to treat her before she had any symptoms. Again, I give credit where credit is due.

The staff is always so caring with our pets. If needed to be seen on same day, they allow drop-off and pick up;which is perfect for times when you can't reschedule your day for unexpected emergencies.

We also have another cat who had injuries which required surgery. He was well taken care of and I did not have to worry about leaving him overnight. I knew someone would talk to him and love on him, just like I would.

I was always kept up to date on each pet whenever they had surgery or had to stay over. And, the doctors also called to check on them once they went home.

I highly recommend PVC for all your pet's needs. ❤🐾

Our pups have always loved going to Piedmont Veterinary Clinic! I have to give a HUGE shout out to the team 🙌 They have always been honest and keep pricing reasonable. We wouldn't choose to have anyone else working with our beloved animals. ❤

We moved to Hillsborough almost four years ago and we brought our three greyhounds with us. Even before we drove across the country, we researched veterinarians and decided Dr. Kipp would be our first choice. We are now on our sixth dog, and Dr. Kipp is still as incredible as ever. She is caring and takes the time to listen. She is very knowledgeable and is also honest when a referral is a safer option than doing the work herself. Everyone in the front office and all of the techs are warm and professional. I highly recommended this practice.

I adore the staff here! They are so great with all my fur babies, so compassionate and caring. Their prices are about the same as other Vets but worth the money!! They always take really good care over my elderly cat which means the most, but to my 2 big dogs as well. 🐈🐕‍🦺🦮

They are always super nice here. They have good prices and are always willing to work with you. I appreciate how kind they were to my dog when she was boarded and to my cat when he got surgery. They are good with communication and alway call to remind us of yearly checkups.

We moved to North Carolina (Hillsborough) in April 2022. Our last dog passed 5 years ago. We got a new pup in November 2022 and choose Piedmont Veterinary Clinic. We couldn’t be happier after our three new puppy care visits. The techs are professional and caring. The front office staff is very welcoming. Dr. Cecilia Negron has been attending to our pup. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to listen.

We’ll be continuing our pup’s care at this practice. I highly recommended Piedmont Veterinary Clinic!

My partner’s family has used this vet for decades and while I like my vet a lot (and the fact that it is a mile from my house), after my experience here yesterday, I will be transferring my dogs records here at her next annual exam and I too will be bringing my furbaby to Dr. Kip.

While I didn’t get to be her mommy for nearly long enough, we lost our Lady-bug yesterday very unexpectedly. She was and old gal, but we certainly weren’t expecting her to decline so quickly in less than 24 hours. We dropped her off in the morning but by yesterday afternoon, we knew it was time to say goodbye. We weren’t prepared for that at all, and not being able to take her home or to a park, or anywhere nice for a last ‘hurrah’, we left work, stopped and got her a burger and a sundae and headed to the vet’s office.

We asked if we could take her outside (someplace nicer than an exam room) for a few minutes to say our goodbyes and the staff sent us around the back of the building to a grassy spot. They laid out a blanket for us to have a little picnic on and even gave us a handful of Hershey’s kisses so she could finally taste chocolate…

They allowed us as much time as we needed and told us to call the front desk when we were ready. When it was time, I was expecting to head back inside but instead, the doctor brought out a covered tray with the supplies on it and she did the injections right there on the lawn.

Dr. Kip stayed and made SURE we knew we had made the right decision for Lady, so there was no doubt or guilt. She shared stories and laughed at our memories with us and when I thanked her for performing the procedure outside and commented how much easier and less emotionally traumatic it had been than any other time I’d experienced this in the past, she told us they really want to build a beautiful place out there for this exact purpose, where people can say goodbye to their pets in a beautiful, more comfortable way.

So… when I first met Lady’s dad, I kept telling him how great MY vet was and that he should switch, but I’ve done a complete 180. I have realized how wrong I was… *I* am the one who needs to switch vets. I’ve had to take my partner’s dogs here several times for him in the last 8 months when he couldn’t get out of work and
I can’t say enough good things about my experiences bringing Lady and Tramp to Piedmont Veterinary Clinic.

While Dr. Kip may have said ‘see you later’ to Lady with us yesterday, she will soon say HELLO to Annabelle Pepper Potts!

They always do a great job and care about my pets. The groomers do a great job and the staff is very friendly.

My pets have always received outstanding care here. The veterinarians are straight forward and they do not pressure you to do one thing or another. If you're in the Hillsborough area your pets will receive great care here.

I started bringing my two dogs here in 2014 and I am thrilled to have found a wonderful vet. They have seen Dr. Sugg and Dr. Kipp. Both are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The techs and staff are amazing as well. My two dogs are getting older, so I'm always hesitant to subject them to procedures and new vaccines. The vets understand (and share!) my hesitation and are recommend treatments in terms of an option or an absolute necessity. One of my dogs has always been very nervous about going to the vet, but they are extremely understanding and patient with him. My other dog is mostly blind, and they are all so gentle with him. I trust them, and I feel like my furkids are in good hands. Plus it's so easy to get an appointment that fits my schedule, and for the couple times that I've had to call for a same day appointment, they've fit me in so quickly. All around a great vet experience.

Piedmont Veterinary is fantastic I have been with them with since 2006. We are happy clients of both veterinary clinic and grooming. THe staff is amazing!!! I have talked with Doctors late at night, and weekends!!!!! They were kind and generous, caring and very respectful when we had to put down our old man dog.
I can't imagine going anywhere else!!!

My cats and dogs have counted on Piedmont Veterinary Clinic since 2001, and the staff has always been there for us. The doctors are kind, caring and top notch. They always strive to learn more and remain cutting edge in Veterinary Medicine. My animals are treated gently and with love and kindness. The veterinary techs and office staff could not be better. They too are kind, caring and professional at all times. A practice full of animal lovers. I love Dr. Kipp and Dr Sugg -- absolutely the best! I could not give my animals better veterinary care.

They are so efficient but also kind and attentive. Never been happier with a veterinary practice!
