I have been ordering from them for over two years now. I’ve had nothing but excellent customer service and free shipping on all of my orders. I am very satisfied and happy with the quality of their hoses, socks and leg elevate that I have purchased and have used a lot.

I got ripped off on shipping after paying a premium price. They are nice on the phone but they didn't do anything to make up for the low life ripoff they did to me. Good luck dealing with these shisters.

This company is bad news. I ordered a leg rest that wasnt the right size. I had to pay $53.80 in shipping for an EXCHANGE!! The item I wanted exchanged took 3 months to finally receive. I had called and asked for an email for when it would ship. They said ok. I never got an email and the package worth over $100 sat in the rain most of the day. Please take this warning! Stay away!!

I had a great deal of difficulty with a return that was sent back to them with their label 3 weeks ago. This is the second time that I have called and told to call back again. The pair of Jobst knee highs that I previously order got a run in the bottom of the foot immediately. I will not be ordering from Ames Walker anymore. I don't have the time to deal with this.

A lady on the phone today me that my compression stocking were out for delivery for a 9pm then I realize she didn't give me a tracking number and website doesn't have one either so I called back and the another lady said today too but a different time but this lady said 5pm well meanwhile I sat at home all this time and none was delivered at all so my question is why lie , you could of just told me that the compression stockings weren't made yet or that you ripped me off for my money not ,especially hung up on my mother while she was still talking,the one lady could of said goodbye but no just lied instead so I will be calling back on Monday bright and early because this company messing with me and my money , my money is hard to come by and secondly why do that to people who need them and differently will not change my review until I get my compression stockings and try them out,on

Terrible customer service. Trying to get help on sizing and they are more interested in making fun of me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
