I've known the Ennett Realty family since the very early '90s. There weren't very many homes to rent in Sneads Ferry back then. But, they were able to find something I really liked. It was a lovely little home that I rented through them and enjoyed for several years. It was a sturdy little house that made it through hurricanes Bertha and Fran back in '96. I recently had the pleasure of working with them again on a local real estate purchase where Sherry made a point to be involved and stay involved through all the stages of the property transaction process. She was always available and quick to follow up as needed. The schedule was met. We closed as planned. I couldn't be more pleased. I enjoy supporting people in the community and would enthusiastically recommend them. You'll get kind, honest realty service.

Sold my house within a few weeks! Very much satisfied with my service there. Nice home town people! Very professional and hospitable. Everything went smoothly thanks to Sherry in a timely matter! Will use them again if I want to buy or sell.

Their long term property manager is fantasic! She has a wealth of knowledge and is very helpful and welcoming. I hope the owners know what an assest she is to their business! If I could give a person 5 stars she deserves them all!

They are true pro's.

I feel like if they get you in a lease,they do everything in their power to keep you in it no matter what happens with the property...we have a home that was remodeled but is coming apart from top to bottom...our windows are covered in mold(they say that is normal)..roof leaking and floors are popping up because of water sitting under home(owner has been working on that,love him to death,super nice guy)
...they say we have FLOATING floors....you can actually trip over the boards under the carpet in our bedroom....the walls actually have brown gook leaking from the ceiling...I know the owner is trying to do right but I believe his remodelers duped him bad....really can't blame the realty company either because they didn't know what was going to happen with the property...

Ennett Realty is the worst business I have ever worked with. They have been incredibly unfair, lazy and dishonest. It seems like they are doing all they can to charge extra money of their tenants, even when all the tenant has done is been respectful and paid on time without exception. I was charged half my rent for the month even though I moved due to a completely last-minute deployment (despite having shown them my orders) AND I was charged for a huge cleaning fee despite having cleaned the place thoroughly (it was damaged and stained when we moved in and we were essentially blamed for that, even though it was already like that). We were also charged for the re-painting even though we asked well ahead of time if we should repaint it ourselves. We were told not to, and that it was normal wear and tear and they were going to re-paint anyway, so not to worry about cleaning the walls or repainting or anything. They then turned around and charged us 75 dollars for the re-paint after we had already left. It’s despicable. I am reporting them to the NC Real Estate Commission because they have broken the law several times. It’s pure disrespect no matter what you do, so I’d advise you to stay far away if at all possible!

Don't try to move to sneads ferry.. Mrs. Putin at the front desk wants to know why... Sheesh..

Worst company I have ever dealt with . Louise is very unprofessional and a bad atatude. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with this very unprofessional company
