We stayed at 4160 Island Drive, North Topsail Island, North Carolina, the week of June 1st-8th, 2024. This was an awesome home for our family. We had 16 family members who spent the week in the home ranging in ages from 2-87 years old. We had a blast. The elevator made excellent access to all floors and to the garage level to go to the beach. Our family really enjoyed the beach access being not far from rear of home. The steps were narrower height, than most and made access easy for all members to go to the beach. The view was outstanding and home was in immuculate condition. All areas of the home were adequate for our needs to cook and fellowship with our family. We highly recommend booking a rental with Coastline Realty. We were so pleased with our stay we already confirmed to book the house for the same week next summer before we left that week.

I cannot say enough good things about our recent stay. We stayed at the “hyacinth” in North Topsail last week, October 2nd-9th. The house was perfect. It was right on the beach with its own private walkway. The house was very clean. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for our family. Access to the Community Pool was also included in the stay. We loved it so much we booked it again for next year!!

We have stayed at the Seamist in North Topsail for the past 2 years and it does not disappoint! Working with Coastline Realty is a breeze. They are friendly, easy to get in touch with, and accommodating in fitting the needs of your family! The duplex is in excellent condition and literal steps to the ocean. I hope to be staying here and booking with Coastline for an ongoing family tradition for years to come!

We have used Coastline multiple times and have always had a wonderful experience. The properties have been well cleaned and maintained upon arrival and the staff is very responsive to any needs we have had. Our last stay in October 2023 was no different. Check in and out was easy and the property exceeded our expectations. I like that they keep the prices reasonable and are a local company. Definitely recommend this company!

We've been going to Topsail Island for over 12 years now. We've dealt with almost all the realty companies there. Coastline is professional, courteous and was easy to deal with. We recently stayed at Sound of Freedom in North Topsail. The house was absolutely gorgeous. The beach was perfect and everyone had a wonderful, relaxing time. Even with 14 people there was plenty of room. We had a lightning strike one night that knocked out our internet and CB Coastline went above and beyond to get us back up again but, there were plenty of games and puzzles to keep us busy, not to mention the beach itself.

This was our first trip to Topsail and our first stay with Coastline Realty. Everything from booking to checkout went smoothly. We had an AC issue one morning and it was fixed the same day without us having to change any of our plans. I highly recommend them and will be back.

Highly recommend Coastline Realty! They offer tons of great vacation rentals and their staff was wonderful to work with. They make booking a vacation rental a breeze and make sure you're equipped with everything you need for the perfect vacation -- restaurant suggestions, linen rental service, and even contacts to rent beach related items. When we arrived to what was a very, very lovely condo, the screen on sliding door was almost completely torn off. Being a late Saturday, we had to wait til Monday morning. They didn’t disappoint… screen was replaced as promised so we could enjoy the sounds of the ocean😊

We have never had a problem with our rental unit and if we have it it has been minor and they have taken care of it immediately. The check-in process is simple and easy, as well as checking out on your last day. We've worked with Coastline Realty for the last two years to rent oceanfront properties in North Topsail for our family vacation. We have been very pleased with our rental experience from the way properties are shown on the website to the entire rental process and ultimately arriving at the property to find it exceptionally clean and exceeding our expectations. We were especially impressed with Abby and Missy who were very accessible, helpful and responsive throughout the entire rental process. We also appreciated the lovely and thoughtful welcome gift as well as the toiletries provided in each bathroom. Our family has experienced wonderful vacations through Coastline Realty and we've already taken advantage of the option to rent this year's house for next year for the same price!

We have been going to Topsail since I was a child, and once I became in charge of the bookings Coastline Realty is the only option for us. They are exceptional to work with, and in the rare event that we have had situations come up, they are quick to reply and get things handled! Our go to place to stay is Shipwatch Villas and we were just there this past week. Kim and the gang was ready to greet us and help us get settled! I have already rebooked for next year! We just returned from a week long vacation in Topsail. This was our first time going with Coastline realty, we had 1 day to find a new rental as our house we had rented from another rental group had bed bugs. They were very helpful when trying to find a house short notice and did what they could to ensure we had a place to stay so we didn’t lose our vacation. This was our 2nd year renting from Coastline Realty. I am sorry we didn't find them earlier as we have rented here for 15 years. I cannot say enough about their customer service. You have a glitch and it will get fixed. We just adored our house at 142 Oceanview. We are moving to a larger house but will do everything possible to never leave Coastline. They really care about their customers, especially repeat folks returning to same property, same week. You MUST check them out over all others. You will be amazed at what a great deal and what great properties they have.

I have stayed with numerous other realty companies, however Coastline has friendly, helpful, and prompt workers. They called to follow up with a call about issues with the internet at the vacation house, called to alert me that the house we were staying in was expecting a delivery. They are just very courteous and helpful.

We just returned from our oceanfront rental. It was spectacular! We rented a 6-bedroom, oceanfront home. Upon arrival we could see that the home was immaculate. The home had all the amenities you would expect; a TV in every bedroom, kitchen fully stocked with all the necessary dishes, pots & pans and cooking utensils. Three refrigerators. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. Checking in took no more than 10 minutes and we just had to drop the keys into the drop-box upon leaving. Coastline's staff were friendly and a pleasure to interact with. We will definitely use them again for our future vacation trips to Topsail.

I’ve been coming to Topsail my entire life and cannot bring myself to try another beach. We try to make a few trips each year, one week and a couple weekends. We’ve stayed at topsail dunes the past few years and absolutely love it. The company we go thru coastline realty sneads ferry nc is very simple to book online and is very quick and easy. There’s plenty of options when it comes to rentals I just prefer topsail dunes bc I’m familiar with it and normally book the same condo every year. Great place and company.

We just ended our vacation week at Topsail Island, we rented a very nice property from Coastline Realty. The house was outstanding and Topsail itself was a great choice for our family. Coastline Realty did an awesome job in taking care of our needs and when service was needed they were very responsive and efficient, even after hours. We have been to Topsail many times over the past years but when we found Coastline Realty, and experienced the quality service they offered, we will certainly be using them again. The girls that answer the phones there were delightful to speak with and very informative. We have already booked again for next year and look forward to our next visit.
