Kimel Park Surgery Center

I had cataract surgery January 17,2024. All staff from check in, pre-op, surgical team, anesthesia team, post-op were great.Very informative and helpful and friendly. Very clean and comfortable facilities. I would definitely go here again. My surgeon was Dr. Stephen Nagy who also did my first cataract surgery in February 2013.I highly recommend him. Thanks to all of you!!!!

Very professional. Very compassionate. They care about their patients and it shows. Every single person had a willing attitude. Really an impressive group. They are doing a great service for our community. Definitely the place to go if you need outpatient surgery!!

Staff was amazing from greeting to end! Genuinely invested in my well being, both mentally and physically. All of my concerns were listened to and heard. I was quickly put at ease by the confidence and competency of each and EVERY staff member I encountered!.

The facility was easy accessibility, efficient, super clean and covid compliant.

He is absolutely the best example of who you would want for a doctor. He genuinely “cares”, he is a wonderful competent surgeon, he treat his patient and staff with the utmost respect. Which makes an unnerving experience a walk in the park(I had a
partial knee replacement.. pun intended here)

All in all I would choose this facility and staff over anything else around!

Great facility; clean and bright. Staff very efficient and caring. Wait time was quite reasonable. Post op contact was done that evening and the next day. Would not hesitate to go there again if needed.

Had a great surgical experience! Talked to probably 8 different personnel. All were very friendly and answered any questions before & after my procedure! Highly recommend!

My daughter had surgery there last August. They asked for and I paid $5500 up front, the balance of her out of pocket limit. They never reconciled the account and only said "oh yeah, I see you overpaid" when I called in DECEMBER to get my $1500 overpayment back. I have now called 3 times and been promised payment. I have yet to receive a check. This is no reflection on her surgeon or nurses. They were great. The billing department needs to get it together. If I had never called, I wonder if they ever would have realized I overpaid. Ridiculousness. UPDATE. I received the check on 2/1/23 for the overpayment amount - the surgery was 8/1/22.

Don’t allow a loved one to get surgery here if they have bad anxiety! They will keep the support person from seeing them as a punishment to the patient for being scared (my loved one was crying and being loud bc he was scared of surgery) they will misinform you and tell you your loved one went to surgery already, when they are actually still waiting alone. They won’t listen to your loved one if they ask for help and your not present in the room. Very unprofessional staff members. Very bad bedside manner even after the patient was in recovery.
