It is the only Pier as far as the eye can see on Emerald Island I was suggest personally since I've been there and I've seen it and you trip over every other board I would probably go somewhere where there's actually you know a lot of people and usually when that happens they fix things to where people can be happy not just one or two but hundreds or thousands just my personal review

The apartment I had always had problems. Black mold under sinks. Hole in the bathtub. Bugs everywhere. Then, I got promoted at work and did not qualify for the housing price range. So I told them I’d move out in June. My lease ended in April so they made me sign a contract stating I was staying there until June. Then after I moved I received a bill for $875 stating I “broke my lease”!? What? Then why did I still receive a utility check if I owed THEM money? Keep an eye on your paperwork when you sign here. The office people don’t know much.
