Quiet and clean like it should be and amazing customer service! I had trouble with my app rewards working but the girl behind the counter still took care of me. She had a smile on her face the whole time. I would come back to this location just for her.

The staff was so friendly, they wanted to make sure I got everything I ordered. I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to make sure the staff working this evening when I ordered got recognized for their customer service.

Love Firehouse! Got my order to go. Reached home approximately 45mins later and my sub was not fixed to the standard on the menu. No CHEESE! Call and Robin was very nice and offered no excuse but did take my name and said I would get another sandwich at my next visit. That's how you treat a customer 👏. Great job on making a poor experience good. Keep it up!

You get your 💰's worth . The sub was jaw dropping. They have a place on the menu that says create or make your own sub. I chose roast beef, corn beef and turkey! High quality food. The peppercorn ranch was out of this world for my salad. Nice clean environment and a friendly staff! I highly recommend this place.

Meat on these is delicious 😋 mmm. Best brownies I've ever had. Hot sauces are good too. Also, they have a custom drink machine with plenty selections.

It was our first time eating here and it was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and patient. Unique and Aimber were very good to my daughter and I. Our food was excellent. Fast service too. Loved it!
The manager was Adam and I really appreciated the fact that he honored a coupon that a family had forgot about so they didn't show it at 1st, but when they took it back to the counter, he took care of them immediately. Great customer service! We will definitely eat here again.

Firehouse Subs are my favorite. I wish I lived closer. The bread is soooo fresh as are the fillings. Service is good whenever I’ve been there.

I called trying to place a to go order. It took several attempts to not get a busy tone, then once I finally got someone she placed me and hold and never came back. Tried calling back again and never got back through. Then I decided to just order there. Thinking they were probably swamp since they never took my order and there was barely anyone in there. There wasn’t even a person to take my order at the front when I got there. Anyways it ran me behind on my lunch hour and after seeing they were not busy, I won’t be going back. Only one person helped and that was a young man with short hair. He got my food ready but the service was awful. There’s no way I could recommend me and my coworkers go.
Originally I had put 2 stars but since they reached out to me personally and apologized I decided to go back and give 5 stars hopefully they can work on the service in the restaurant because the food was great. And I respect them reaching out to me.

Pepperoni meatball sub and Hawaiian pork slaw sandwiches were amazing. Never had a bad experience here.

I was totally satisfied on this evening. July 31,2020. The staff was professional and friendly. I really enjoy the short time I was in there. The two young men and the Female manager was a Delight to be around. The tea was to die for.

Had a foot long Firehouse Italian on whole wheat, it was absolutely delicious and very filling. Nice clean restaurant with courteous staff. It's always a great alternative to the burgers and fries. Wish there was a Firehouse Subs closer to our home but we will dine there again.

They were out of a lot of things, but finally were able to get a sandwich.

We drive all the way from Galax, VA to eat here when we can. We always have a great experience. Shayna and the two guys working this evening did a great job. The food was excellent, we ate way too much.

Always delicious! We first went for the fact that kids eat free with adult purchase, we keep going back because it's so good. Easily one of the top sub places in town and constantly on our short list of places to go.

Their subs are freaking amazing! They were out of brownies but gladly substituted four cookies in place of them since our takeout order was prepaid. Highly recommended!

Have been many Firehouse Subs shops on the Eastern coast, the food has always been consistent. Packaging for to go orders is far superior the just being wrapped in paper. A great team.
