I purchased a new chainsaw from Todd after I dropped a tree on mine. Todd was very helpful and explained the newer models to me. Once I decided on which one I wanted, he quoted me a price. When we got into the details, he realized he had quoted me a price that was much lower than what the chainsaw sells for. I looked on my phone to see if it really was expensive as he said and he was correct. Even after I offered to pay the correct price, he refused to take it and said that it was his mistake and he would sell it for what he had quoted me. I do t know what his cost are but I know for a fact he must have lost money on this deal because it was WAY cheaper than what it should have been. I was very impressed with his integrity so I purchased some other things I needed to help make up a little of the money for him. I felt a little bad buying it for the price he quoted. I can assure him, due to his integrity and willingness to help out, this is the only place I will shop for my outdoor equipment. He definitely earned a customer for life.

I walked in with problems and came out with solutions to them! I did NOT have to cross the Cape Fear River! Very Happy Customer!! All in stock, all the RIGHT sizes! If it was not for me conversing, I would have been in and out in 30 mins! Very Very Happy! Pleased beyond!! What a business should be!

Have purchased two chainsaws from these guys after a recommendation from a co-worker. They took the time to explain the options and help me make the best selection. They even put gas/oil in my saws as well as performed a function check before I left the store. Highly recommend these guys.

These folks sell you the parts you need not parts you don't need every time the bump head has went bad on our stihl weed eater I've went to other dealers and the sell you the whole head today I was looking at the whole heads and their cost the young lady working there told me we sell just the bump heads if that is what went wrong I purchased 2 of them so I had an extra on hand this is the type of business I like honest ones she didn't have to tell me they sold the separate parts on the heads honesty and helping you save money to
