Dr. Mullen is easily one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. He is very personable and professional. Can’t recommend this place and him enough!

My family and I have gone here for the last 7 years and I have been very pleased with our experiences. Yes, there can be a long wait for urgent care depending on the time of day, but that is because each patient is not rushed but listened to and examined carefully. If you are able to wait for a less busy time, you can be seen almost right away. I have seen every PA that works here more than once and they are all great. And they are open 7 days a week which is phenomenal! It's great to have this office in downtown Hillsborough and not have to drive to the nearest city for care.

Great, thorough care. I've not had anything but pleased, and at age 75, I worry about my health in general. Dr. Bowen is patient, caring, and very knowledgeable.

I have been going to OFMG for the past 6 years and have had nothing but good experiences. My wife and daughter also like going there, and they see different doctors.

My doctor is thorough, knowledgeable and practical. He takes the time to listen and explain.

They have Labcorp on site for tests, as well as x-rays, so I have never had to go elsewhere for routine procedures.

They are associated with UNC, and can pull up records from both UNC and Duke's systems, so when I got a sleep study, my doctor was able to review all of the information directly.

I have used the after-hours walk-in service and weekend service several times, and the PAs (including Mary P. who is a super-competent Duke graduate ) have been friendly and fully competent.

Lastly, I love being able to email my doctor or nurse with questions, and they always answer promptly.

Dr. Axelbank has been my primary care physician for my adult life. My husband sees him as well. We drive quite a way to get to Orange Family Medical rather than move someplace closer. No matter who I might see there over the years, my care (and business) there has always been done in a timely, warm, and efficient manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Orange Family Medical.

Dr. Arthur Axelbank has been my primary car physician for more than 20 years. He is attentive. He listens. He is willing to talk with me and answer questions. He is clear about any issues that may come up with my health. I trust him absolutely.

I have been similarly pleased when I have seen other personnel at the practice from time to time.

Had my first visit with Dr. Bowen she was extremely helpful and opened the floor for me to decide what I thought would be best for me. I'm typically a very anxious patient and Dr. Bowen made it a very comfortable experience.

I have used Orange Family Medical for primary care for 15 years. I started coming here when I lived in Hillsborough and stayed with them through moves to downtown Durham, Chapel Hill, and finally Chatham County. It's a 40-minute trip to get there now but I still do it because I trust and like the doctors and staff here. I tried switching a few times but none of the alternatives I tried felt right. I strongly recommend OFMG.

Dr. Skariah has done an excellent job taking care of me and my wife as our primary care physician. She is patient, thorough, and takes the time to explain any health issues we have had. Medical records, test results, medical history, billing, etc. are all accessible through the "MyUNCChart" Website, from UNC Healthcare. I really like this site and consider it a huge plus, especially making billing/payments easy. Lab work goes through Labcorp, which is at the rear of the building.

Dr. Skariah is absolutely amazing!! She is very informative and knowledgeable. I love how she cares about her patients health just as if we are apart of her. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you for being so great!

Dr Weeks is great! I have not had a problem with any of the office staff or PAs. I’m not sure why people complain about the wait to be seen in the clinic; you have to wait a lot longer in the ER!

Very caring and knowledgeable group of people. Walk in care does sometimes have a long wait and sometimes does not - depends on the demand - but it is open 7 DAYS a week - and is not an urgent care copay.

Very flexible and understanding of crazy work schedules! Adam is so easy to talk to and kind! Dr. Bowen is easy to understand and very personable!

Have been a patient of Dr. Weeks for years. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Have also been seen by Dawn Raymond and Dr. Price, both excellent service providers.

Quick service great staff. Never over booked. I travel more than 40 minutes away from home just to come here. I love it!!!

I love my Dr at OFMG. She is knowledgeable, informative and puts me at ease. I went in the 1st time with an emergency and the PA's and Drs. were amazing. Some of the front office staff, are very short with patients. They are also quite young, in my opinion, too immature to be in such positions. I noticed this was even worse the last time I visited for my annual check up. Please replace these people with more professional office staff.
