I had a defective air compressor that was practically brand new. The manufacturer was giving me a really hard time about how to correct the issue. I reached out TSC Customer Service and within a few days the manager, Andrew, of the Rocky Point store called me personally and offered an exchange. It is so great to speak with an entity that still values their customers. They have any business I can give them moving forward! Thanks to Amberlynn and Andrew - very professional, empathetic to the situation and awesome to work with. Highly recommend!!!!!

I shopped Rocky Point, NC Tractor Supply on Friday morning around 9:30 to obtain supplies for a home pumpkin patch to decorate my front yard in Hampstead, NC. I was assisted by several very friendly ladies and introduced to Kenny. I had very little knowledge of gardening/or plant names and no experience, but with the employees cheerful help we came up with a plan. thank you all. I'll be back!!

I found the riding helmet I needed at a great price. I also found a couple extra cute items I couldn't pass up! My daughter found a T-shirt she loves! The employees are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed this store!

Amazing staff. I needed invisible bandage for my dogs injury. One of the staff members drove from the store and brought me some of the item on her way home to Leland. Such an amazing person. I will only shop there for any of my pet needs. Thank you and God Bless,

The staff here is amazing! They always go above and beyond to make sure we find everything we are looking for and to help us figure out what else we may need depending on the project we are working on that day. Their prices are very good and the pet clinic is very helpful as well.

At tractor supply the staff is always courteous friendly and helpful. This trip we brought or three doggies to get their shots. Everything went very well! Can't say enough about the wonderful people who work here.

How about we just all be thankful that the staff that does come to work is there!! Everyone wants to complain about the long lines, and not enough people working, be thankful for the ones that are actually there so you can go in there and shop!! If those few people decided to sit home like everyone else the store wouldn't be open!! They always seem to stock exactly what I need. Yesterday I bought a cotter pin for the lawn mower wheel. I also asked if they sold milk. No, but they did have some chocolate milk. Go figure! Great store with wonderful, helpful employees.

Great business very friendly staff has a great selection will order stuff for you whenever they don’t have it in stock it’s very easy to find employee and they are very knowledgeable and eager to help they know their stuff if not then have someone working who does they have a large selection dealing with multiple categories of product which gives it a wide array and there is something for everybody it is handicap accessible and has clean bathrooms
