Big chain drug stores have seemed to take over our world nowadays but it's good to see this place doing the business they do because small drug stores like this is what built America. first time ever, actually making the change and using this pharmacy. FLAWLESS!!!!! I could go on and on, but who would read it. I always assumed, FALSELY I must say, there’s got to be a reason more people don’t use the small pharmacies( I thought probably lower class of medicines). Truth is, most probably want to keep it a secret, so their GREAT pharmacy, doesn’t become too cluttered like the big chain stores. Thing is, if they don’t get their MUCH DESERVED business, they will soon go away, as have MANY OTHER MOM AND POP stores, shops etc. Trust me when I say, I don’t take lightly to giving good reviews, as it has become TOO ENTRENCHED IN AMERICA’S FABRIC, to not care about the consumer ( we are treated like, you should be glad we’re her for you, instead of, glad you’re buying from us).
Give them a try, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Excellent care, I've been coming here for decades for all my medications. They are super aware of possibility for adverse drug interactions, super fast to fill orders, and always incredibly helpful and friendly. Staff here are like family, I love them dearly.

This druggist is great! After continued struggles with Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS, I decided to try an independent. I've never been happier, and very patient-friendly to boot!

I used to do business with the major drug stores. It was suggested that I try local pharmacy after having to deal with repeated poor customer service, failing to get prescriptions right, texting me that my prescription was ready for me to ride across town just to find out that it wasn't and had to wait. I've been with Tarheel Drug for over a year now and I have no complaints. They even went beyond, dealing with insurance company & doctor issues when it came about. They called me when a particular prescription could not be filled before I made a trip there. They've been on time everytime. They eliminated all of the hassle & BS. Best move I ever made.

No more chains for me. Tar heel drug is private owned. Good people . There is an area with coffee tables chairs . It's like a living room with a TV right by the counter. Also they have cool stuff for sale that you don't see anywhere else.

Great little pharmacy...the older lady that works behind the counter has always been very nice! And the older gentleman that delivers is very thorough and sweet!
