Had an excellent experience yesterday. The sales reps always greet you when you come in. I got help when needed. I even mentioned it was my birthday and the 2 sales rep (one named Tiffany) even celebrated 🍾 me. They were really sweet & helpful. They restored my faith in great customer service 🙌🏽 👏🏾!!!

Always the cutest stuff, you didn't know you needed. Very friendly and welcoming ladies working the last time I visited.

Every single person in these reviews complaining about having to wear a mask can cry me a river. You are so entitled thinking that you don't have to wear a mask in a global pandemic. "Medical Exemptions" aren't real, and If a real DR legitimately gave you a "medical exemption", they should be fired. This Hallmark is amazing and the employees are amazing! I'm so happy to see them enforcing the masks! Shows that they are professional and care about other people! Will forever be returning to this hallmark, with my mask on, because i'm not a snowflake republican.
