This place is absolutely amazing! My son dropped his Iphone and the entire screen shattered. One of my friends recommended Techwindow. We live close to Winston and have always used a place in Winston. We decided to give this place a try and are so thankful we did. Very knowledgeable, personable, HELPFUL staff! Took our laptop in because it was so slow. It was recommended to replace the hard drive. That was the best advice! The work was done quickly and perfectly! The estimate was fair and didn’t change when work was completed. Performance is great now. I will always go to TechWindow first for any pc work I need to have done. They are excellent!

Took my lap top in since some of the keys on the keyboard were sticking making it impossible to type. They were able to replace my whole keyboard very reasonably. They had to order so I took my lap top home. Only took a few days until the part was in and I took it back in for the repairs. While there I also had them add an additional 8GB Ram. It's like I have a new computer for a fraction of the price. They were very patient with an older lady that is not that tech savvy. Very pleased.
