I am a caregiver and my patient has been admitted to the 3rd floor on 2 separate occasions, most recently this weekend and I have to give high praise to the nurses on that floor! Jasmine, Toya, Krystal and Jordan are exceptional! They were attentive, quick to respond and willing to help if I needed anything! Thank y’all so much for making a difficult time easier on me.

January 31, 2022...my procedure went without any issues or concerns, the nurses, ladies were outstanding because I was not expecting the kind of preparation required for the procedure on the third floor. I was made comfortable, treated with respect and the whole staff were professionals, and most of all nurturing and friendly!! Thank you!!!

came for family member outpatient procedure with urology. great customer service from everyone including doctor. was thorough with exams. no complaints. clean facility.

I’ve nothing at all bad to say. Was in a solid week and was treated with the utmost respect, lots of smiles, and the absolute best medical care! This hospital has made a complete 180 degree turn around compared to previous visits. It’s awesome!

I had the best experience here. From the admissions clerks to nurses to Dr Keith. All were caring, concerned and attentive to my needs. They took excellent care of me. I somehow have a pic added to my review. Didn't mean to include it but can't figure out how to remove it. Lol. Sorry about that.

My wife had her tonsils removed and I had a colonoscopy in the same month. Staff was great and Dr's were knowledgable and caring. Dr Austin had done over 20,000 tonsil removals and Dr Keith healed my problem that had previous Dr's puzzled. Glad to have these folks in my backyard.

These are the most caring people, from the front door to my treatment room. Every person made sure I knew where to go and treated me so well. I would recommend Southwest Regional to anyone for excellent healthcare.
