Every time I need CPAP supplies and or have any issues with my CPAP. Anchor respiratory and medical supplies always comes to my rescue and very happy to help.
Every time I call someone answers the phone in 2 rings and very pleasant on the phone. I would not go anywhere else.

Vee has been taking care of my cpap needs since 2008 always does me right. I sleep the sleep of a log.

There are other pharmacies in the area but those are cold, sterile places with no soul. I love this place because they have a lot of stuff not carried anywhere else. Medications and olde tyme candies I’ve found there. The people are friendly and if they don’t have your medication on hand they will order it for you with generally a 1 day turnaround.

Anchor pharmacy helped deliver the supplies we needed while my Dad was ill. The staff and delivery person was kind and courteous.

Way better than rite aid ..never been to this place and had to wait more than 15 mins for anything. Drop off is available in mins. One of the best in west baby

They are always able to fill prescriptions rather quickly and the staff seem to be friendly and caring.

They greet me by name, they're courteous, and they care.

That said, it's a privately owned pharmacy. It might be a little bit more expensive and your selection might be a little bit lower. But at the end of the day, they're fast and they'll spend time with you. You don't get the same level of service at a big chain.

I've been going here since I was five years old and some of the same people still work here and they're just is nice now as they were then.

I have gone and uses them for decades. My family goes here and have had best servuced and confidence on the workers. Time may vary but they try their best to have them filled and ready

I've never had any problems with prescription accuracy, but waits are *very* long. You will probably need to wait a couple hours after your doctor sends it in before you go try to pick it up. I still used them when I lived nearby because it's good to support a local business.

They are slow and awful on follow up. Were to set up routine delivery ofnauppliesm nope. Called again. Nope. And again. Nope. Now no filters or tbibing, mask etc and I pay insurance still no suppliesINS premiums

Left a massage about getting noba stocking for my mom called me back next day that was great response person very nice and helpful. Was in area stopped in to give measurements asked for the pwrson I talked to clerktold me it was a man I said I talked to a female clerk instead it was a male no women there mean while two other people behind counter didn't speak upuntil I walked away said I would call the person I talked to back. They have very poor customer service skills there was a line of people also no came out to HELP sad

They do not really treat their customers like anything but a client. However they are very precise. Reaching someone on the phone can be very difficult. And they do not treat their employees well at all. They may be privately owned, but they are another money hungry pharmaceutical company.

Zero stars. Customer service, quality control, all zero stars. My order is typically not right, I have to call about refills, I have to call and see when ready. I called the doctor and got another company that will ship supplied to me for FREE!! no more Anchor!!!

No return calls made by the pharmacy, despite numerous voice mails left over several days. Rude and unconcerned when I finally reached them. The equipment pick up boy proceeded to bang the metal bed parts against the furniture, lead glass door and the wooden floors during the dismantling and removal process. Also unconcerned and unapologetic about scratches and damage. Would suggest that you use anyone other than Anchor.

I went there to look at compression stockings. It was a disappointing visit. The sales person gave me no information that was helpful when I asked questions about the display. She really did not want to be bothered with the stockings and seemed to be in a hurry even though I was the only customer. I went to CVS and they were very helpful/knowledgeable. I ended up paying for them myself since CVS could not have Medicare pay for them. It was worth it to have good customer service.
