I have gone here 3 times. Love their different kinds of shoes. Sometimes there is alot of shoes on clearance on a good day. Clean place and bathroom is clean as well.

Megan is great!! She helped me yesterday and I thought she was so pleasant, personable and professional! I could not have asked for a better customer experience. The best exchange experience I've ever had from any retailer. I received a pair of Vans for Christmas that were a size too small. They didn't have my size in stock. She ordered my size off the DSW online store and is delivering them to my house at no extra cost. I didn't even have a receipt. Very impressed.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong shoes online that were delivered to this store. Just found out when I went to pick them up. The clerk was very friendly yet professional when handling the return. He and the female clerk (so sorry I didn't jot down their names) were able to find a great replacement pair in the store. EXCELLENT customer service. Will definitely recommend and shop again at this store.

I have heel pain and went in to try and find good shoes. Gray and jenna , a sales guy and the manager, were not only helpful and attentive but extremely knowledgeable. It was a refreshing change to shop for shoes there. So accommodating. Will be shopping there more often now.

Love this store. They have everything that other locations don't have Color, Size if you can't find or sold out at other locations this is the spot..and the manager is very hands on..and made my experience ...pretty cool...

There is a wide selection of women shoes and women accessories, such as handbags, scarfs, hats and jewelry. You can also find great buys on their clearance items. They also have a section for men shoes, dress and casual as well.

Great shoes ..just my hubby is Size 13 wide. Not to many choiced but then again not to many men ware that size. We still bought a great pair of skecheres. He loves skechers!
