Finksburg Pharmacy

I love Finksburg pharmacy and tell all my friends about them. They are a family owned pharmacy. They give out calendars every year which I have on my fridge. Also they have a option for delivery which is so convenient. I much rather support small business than other big pharmacies. My husband and I get all out prescriptions here.

Been going since 2008. Ray has been there the whole time and then bought it. So well run. Awesome staff, I can't say enough good things about all of them. I took a walk on a very hot day and they gave me a bottle of water. Just goes to show they really care about their customers.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Knowledgeable pharmacists who aren't rushed and who care about the person they are serving. Please support this local small business for your prescriptions and medical equipment!!! We need more places like this and more people like Rai, Min-Li, Linda, & Kara! I wish they were in downtown Westminster, but I'm willing to drive for service like they offer.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful.
Only had 1 incident that I believe was just a miscommunication between my Dr and the Pharmacy so I can't hold that against them.

I have a somewhat complicated set of prescriptions from multiple doctors for multiple issues. The pharmacists here are the best! They answer every question I have about interactions, side effects, and instructions. They even deliver the medications so when I'm not feeling great I don't have to go anywhere!

WOW! Absolutely incredible customer service! They go out of their way to insure you get the right RX and took care of all my crazy insurance issues and made sure everything was done correctly, the first time. They also called my Dr's to help speed up the process.

The people here are INCREDIBLE!! Ray is amazing!! He went out of his way and stayed late to ensure I got what I needed before I was leaving for my trip!! We encourage everyone to use him and we will definitely be using them from now on!!!

All around terrific pharmacy! I will never go to CVS, Walgreen's to get my prescriptions filled. They always greet with a smile, answer any questions, and make one feel appreciated.

These folks supplied the Rx for the nursing home where my mother lived for four years. They were always immediately responsive when mother needed something right away and if, I had to talk to them on the phone about anything -- totally knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend these folks for your pharmaceutical needs. Let's give these stand-out small businesses our business!

Amazing experience at Finksburg Pharmacy for when I got vaccinated. They couldn't have been nicer, and they were so fast and efficient. Highly recommend if you live in or near the Finksburg area.

I can not say enough great things about this company and the Pharmacisit Dr. Ray Cary. I own a small 16 bed assisted living home in Westminster MD.
Finksburg Pharmacy has been serving our residents for the last 10 years and I couldn’t be more pleased.
We are solicited by the bigger pharmacies non stop and they can’t compare to the service and personal touch we receive from Finksburg pharamacy.
Sad to admit, frequently I feel like one of the few people in the medical field who got into this because I love the people I serve and highly value my staff.
Dr Ray is one of those rare gems in this industry. He actually possesses empathy for us, our staff, our resident’s families and most importantly our deserving residents.
Countless times he has brainstormed with me how to save residents money on their prescriptions or tried to educate me on the beyond complicated Medicare and Medicaid prescription system.
He feels the same stress and concern that we do for a vulnerable population that most people see as easy targets instead of people that deserve our respect and assistance during a scary time in their lives.
I am a business owner. I am not a doctor or nurse. I can’t tell you how often I’ve called him because I needed clarification on a medication or other issue. Dr. Ray has never once made me feel like an idiot or questioned why I didn’t know something. He always made time to educate me and my staff so our residents get great care.
Finksburg Pharmacy will deliver you or your parent’s medications, adult briefs, wipes etc. They offer the same bubble packs that we get at the assisted living home to the community. This means they take your daily prescriptions and foil pack all of them by day and time on a card, with the person’s name on it.
This means you don’t have to spend your Sunday organizing your parents meds into those little 7 day pill containers. You know the ones you pray to God they don’t accidentally drop and if they do drop them you pray they aren’t too embarrassed to call you so you come and try to sort them out again.
Recently I called Dr. Ray and told him about a good friend of min who is 70 years old and was recently faced with purchasing a previously covered medication for his wife. When he went to Walgreens they told him that for a one month supply it was $470 cash. Can you imagine??😫
His wife needed it so he had to pay for it. He contacted me distraught not knowing how many more months he could afford that. He is already working 7 days a week so making more isn’t an option.
I ran it through the good rx discount card and was able to get it knocked down to $270.
I then called Dr Ray who explained the downside to the good rx card and how they have an Epic Pharmacy card they use to help anyone financially in need to receive their meds at a discount. He was able to supply my friend’s medication for just $85.00 for a months supply. Needless to say my friend almost cried from relief when I gave him the good news. I told him to transfer all his wives and his prescriptions immediately to Finksburg Pharmacy and find out how much better their lives can be.

That is my suggestion to anyone reading this. Call them and experience all the benefits you get with a community Pharmacisit, especially one that cares as much as Dr. Ray and his team.

Respectful, polite employees and a real home town pharmacy. I love this place so much that I travel 26 miles one way to get my meds filled. Much more professional than other major pharmacies.

Outstanding! First time in Finksburg Pharmacy. Went in for my Covid booster and a flu shot. Friendly, efficient and professional. I have a new pharmacy.

The staff is always friendly and helpful and turn around prescriptions quickly. They call or text me reminders about refills and then will ship them to me before I run out.

Have Known the Owners since they worked at Paradise pharmacy as interns. I would not use a different Pharmacy. The service they provided in Catonsville is the same service they provide in Finksburg.
