4 years ago I Rev. Dr. Frank Collins became the First Coroner Chaplin for the West Baton Rouge Coroner's Office. I must say it is a very friendly environment, the staff is wonderful and very caring to the families that we encounter. Our Corner Dr. Phillip Padgett wouldn't have it no other way.
