A large variety of items in stock, plus friendly and helpful staff. The garden soil and other outdoor accessories are priced well and there are a wide range of options available. However, I do wish that they had a larger variety of plants available (especially more flowering perennials) and that the price point was just slightly lower for them, but their plants are well taken care of and vibrant. Plenty of gorgeous annuals and a surprisingly robust collection of trees & shrubs. I would recommend going here to get the best priced garden accessories, succulents, and trees/shrubs but stop at Lowe's to get more variety with ornamental flowering plants.

First time in the store for a leaf blower, price online on this store is $5 more, than whats on the shelf. The cashier scanned the item and it reflected the online store price. Showed the cashier a picture of the price label and gave me the lower price, saving me around $7 incl tax. Ending up picking more items from the garden section than planned. Nice clean well stocked store, friendly people, be back for sure

We just had our carpet installed by Home Depot- we are so pleased with the job they did and blown away by the service we got from Mike T. in the flooring department. He was so helpful and made the process so easy. If you are looking to get flooring installed he is definitely the guy to talk to!

Prices quality and selection better then Lowes and employees friendly and help answer questions. Return process simple and easy just remember to bring id. sometimes hard to find the right staff for knowledge about advance construction.

I want to give a shoutout to a nice young man Ben who helped me place an order online for a backsplash. It wasn’t available in the store & I couldn’t find it online on my phone. Ben found it on the computer & was able to place the order for me. He was very personable & helpful & i appreciated his help!

This place is perfect. They have a great inventory and the staff actually cares about you’re consumer needs. I came here to solve a lumber issue. When I arrived I was greeted, and I was immediately asked what I needed without me having to ask. They I was shocked when I saw the difference of this store and lowes. I am definitely a Home Depot girl !

Went very early in the morning. Greeter immediately asked what we needed and provided the correct aisle. Other very friendly employees too. Self checkout was empty and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Great location!

I went in to purchase a Christmas tree (in a box) rather late in the season. They had exactly what I was looking for!
I was impressed by one of the young men who works there. He saw me struggling to reach the tree, which was on the top shelf. He hurried across the aisle and helped me get it off the shelf and into my cart. I appreciate service like that. I'll be returning for future home needs.
The store is spacious, neat and clean.

Great customer service. They also have the best selection of power tools batteries bits etc. As far as home improvement stores go home Depot is the best no matter where they are

We needed just a small amount of carpeting for our granddaughter's dollhouse. Michael and John were such a great help! (The guy at Lowe's in Owings Mills wouldn't even do it. )

I went to this Home Depot location today and was so pleased with the customer service. I was looking for specific light bulbs and the young men at this location were very helpful. Spent time with me ensuring I get the correct bulbs and when I got home they all worked:) special shout-out to Ken I wish I’d gotten the other young mens name but they all were extremely helpful… thank you for your great customer service!!

The Westminster store is by far the best one in Carroll county

Rented a Penske truck from home Depot. While Hanover trucks were $129.99 I got mine for $29.99 and discounts. Lee was very helpful. Will be trying the one in Hanover again Monday 9/12. Arrangements made by call center. Arranged several discounts as well.

I got 2 1 G cans of Behr paint. The associate at the paint counter was awesome! I took a pic of the lid of the old paint color. He took the info and found the exavt color I needed! Its always good when you have 1 less thing to worry about.
