Big Lots

We've been looking for a sectional sofa for months and were considering one at Bob's Discount Furniture for $3000. We decided to look at Big Lots and found a brand new one called the Chandler that we loved. Immediately, we had a manager asking if we needed assistance and although she didn't know much about that sofa, because it was new, she did everything she could to find out the details. There was a 20% off coupon we were able to use and they even helped load the boxes in our truck. After two trips, we got the sectional home and found out it was the wrong color. We brought it back to the store (luckily we lived 5 minutes away) and the furniture manager was extremely sorry and offered to give us an additional 10% off. We didn't fault them at all because we knew it was a newer piece and the boxes didn't include the color (the one we wanted was light gray and the one we got was a slightly darker gray). We were able to exchange it and after all the discounts, it was 1/3 of the cost of the one at Big Lots. It's super comfortable and modular so we can reconfigure it if we have company over. This was the best furniture buying experience we've ever had!

Update: Because the sofa is modular, we were able to purchase two additional sections to make it even bigger!

This is my favorite store in town. Great prices and selection. Especially if you sign up for their big lot rewards program. You save tons!! It's definitely worth checking it out.

This may be one of the best Big Lots I have been in. Very clean store and easy to navigate. Well organized!

I wish there would have been more gift sets to choose from, but overall, I love Big Lots. The prices are great and I like it when they have extra savings for Reward customers.

Who doesn't love this store? There are so many options and reasonable prices. With inflation, the way it is, we are shopping here more often. The great thing about Big Lots is that the things we use everyday are there.

It had alot of great gifts the store was clean airy so you didn't feel like you were. Getting germs.The service was amazing the elderly gentleman saw I needed a cart and went and got me one I said Thank you so much He said it's called service ma'am.they have such a large variety not the old big lots at all.I went in to see if they had gift boxes for pj's and I came out with a whole lot more of my shopping list done. I really enjoyed my shopping experience today ,at the Westminster md store.

The employees are very friendly and courtesy.

This is the first time I have been in Big Lots since they remodeled. I liked it a lot only draw back is the aisles are a little narrow for the size of the shopping carts. Always some great buys.

The customer service there is excellent!!! Friendly employees who helped me greatly ,she went and found the fly swatters I needed greatly and the other gentleman found the dish clothes for me as I was paying for things a wonderful woman with great conversation invited me back ,I can wait to go back there for my shopping needs

New Bathrooms are beautiful and very clean.
Cashier at check out was caring and understanding. She appreciated the compliment regarding the females bothrooms Cleanliness (mom with youngsters)

Super friendly & helpful staff! Hardly anyone in the store, but people who were, had on masks & were remaining socially distanced. Store appearance was clean, well lit & arranged nicely.

Big lots in general has a good variety of products at decent prices. The staff is always friendly, helpful and efficient.

This place is great for Holiday Decorations (every holiday) at 2/3rd’s the price that you’d pay, at most places. Also great for home decor! Make your home look great! With great quality items at low prices! They even have name brand cleaning products and food items! You name it, they probably have it!

I did an order online and then did a pick up when ready. Easy, convenient.

All I can say is wow. The store was clean nice section of furniture. So different from a year ago. Just wanted more of a choices of cleaning products.

I love this store. Always find what I am looking for. The cashier ( Ashley ) was very friendly and polite.
