Panera Bread

My wife and I frequent this Panera. The food is good, the service is quick, the dining area is clean. Sometimes we eat in, sometimes we take out, and sometimes my wife has food delivered. All three are positive experiences. I would suggest the charged lemonade(there is a ton of caffeine, so be warned).

I have to say, I stopped going to panera because the sandwhich was all bread most of the time and very little toppings. I tried it again today and was super impressed! Maybe it was the Eldersburg location that was skimping but I will definitely be going to Westminster from now on

The person taking my order was very helpful and answered all of my 20 plus questions! She was familiar with the menu and gave me some great alternatives for what I was looking for!
The bathrooms were clean.
There was also someone cleaning off the tables and pushing the chairs in. Keeping it very orderly.

I have been to Panera Bread, in Westminster MD, many times over the years. The food is consistently good. The staff is consistently GREAT!!! They always greet everyone as quickly as possible. They are helpful and upbeat. Keep up the great work!

Location was busy, probably because it was Sunday lunch. No issues during ordering, food, coffee and drinks was good. It was a little wait but no big deal. Plenty of tables, clean restrooms

They get 5 stars because the food is always amazing. Today the service was a bit slow not sure what caused that mabey staffing?When I went into the restaurant they acknowledged me right away and asked if I needed help.Staff was very friendly and caring. I felt safe that all staff had wore there mask correctly and practiced social distancing. Over all the store was very clean and well kept. Thanks panera team in Westminster!😁😁😁

Walked in and got a large order of bagels for my company breakfast. Super fast a d super friendly staff. Wish I could remember the woman's name who assisted me but she was great.

My husband and I travel the country and we have went to a number of different Panera‘s in different states. By far this is one of the best. The manager Jason was generous enough to make our meal or over after it was given to us without the right ingredients. Not to mention the atmosphere is very warm and inviting and the workers are friendly. Highly recommend!

A bit busy and chaotic. Love the soups and bagels. Usually use drive thru at other locations. Best to order on the app. They seem to fill those orders quicker.

I got a vegetarian sandwich, awesome. I like having the option to switch from chips to bread or an apple.
They also have the option to sit outside to eat.
Our second visit in as many months. While the food and service was still superior on this visit, the dinning area was a bit chaotic and we did not see anyone cleaning this time...perhaps they were just overwhelmed this Sunday visit.

I was here when it was very busy. Everyone in my party got their orders in and food quickly. I really liked that I actually saw an employee cleaning the tables after people got up from them. He was so sweet.

Customer service is good and coffee was ok

I've been disappointed with some Panera meals in previous months but today was not a disappointment. Delicious Chicken Teriyaki Salad and Chicken with Wild Rice Soup. My order was received with a smile and eye contact and it came out quickly.

My food always tastes amazing and the drinks as well. Orders can take quite a bit of time, but it’s not that bad considering they’re making the food as the order comes in. Staff is always super nice and answers any and all questions about the menu. I had a gift card that was unused but wasn’t working and the staff was super helpful with that! Soups are always phenomenal and the sandwiches always fast super fresh. I’m not the biggest fan of their salads, but that’s just based on personal taste. Their chips are amazing as well. Drinks are always very fresh and taste great!

Always great service and great place to meet people for any business or quite sit down. Light roast is the best and the asiago cheese bagel with avacado. Don't sleep on the turkey bacon bravo with broccoli cheddar

Always great food. Our go to. Love the salad and the soups. Our trip today was exceptional! The manager, Scott, was so personable and friendly! He even went out of his way to do something special for my daughter. We got 2 salads and a soup to share. Not only did he have them split the soup up into 2 bowls but I swear my Green Goddess salad was the freshest it's ever been! My daughter also said that the new Southwest Chicken salad was the best salad she has ever had! They do say that excellence flows down from the top. I'd say that is very true and it shows at the Paneara in Westminister!

We were craving for pastries on a Sunday late afternoon, went to Panera and got some really good pastries. The young lady behind the counter was really nice, patient and gracious. We really like her customer service manners. I’ve been to Panera in Westminster several times, never had a bad service and the food always tasted good.

I have always loved panera but this time there was so many people and it was my birthday but they would not give anyone their food it took 45 minutes to get our food but i love the food

Always great!! Good food and best bread and bagels! Strawberry poppy seed salad is back! One of the best and it's delicious tons of fruit and chicken... It only comes once a year so better get it before it's gone!!
