All I have to say is that not only was our honeymoon an event that excited the staff, but they made us feel welcomed and like family!
Sandy checked my wife and I in, and throughout our entire stay she was a saint and one of the best employees I have ever interacted with, hands down no questions!
Our room was top notch, breakfast was great, and placement of the hotel was in a beautiful location!
Stay at this location if you are given the chance!

For the administration of this facility, you need to make sure to recognize Sandy and reward her accordingly. As a diamond member who regularly has to travel for work, I have NEVER met someone at ANY Hilton who was as top notch as her.

We will be coming back to this hotel from now on, and I will personally be planning trips around Sandy's schedule when I am given the chance.

Stayed here 4 different times. It was very convenient to the hospital as I prepared for major surgery. A lot of testing and exams were required. All of the staff that I interacted with went above and beyond to help me with anything that I needed. Everyone was courteous and helpful. And those cookies...oh my goodness, awesome!

Wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. My room was very spacious, and clean. The microwave in the room was very convenient for heating leftovers. Great location also, right in the heart of the central west end, with many restaurants and bars. Walking distance to forest park also. Terry, Lyn and the rest of the staff were awesome. Thanks so much for all your help!

I had a great stay! Idk where some of these negative reviews come from, because most of what they said wasn’t true!
Check-in was easy, friendly. Clear instructions about where and how to park. Warm cookies.
Access to Applebees is adjacent and you don’t have to go outside. Staff at Applebees was great.
Room was attractive, clean, had microwave and frig. Clean bath, well stocked.

We stayed here while a family member was having surgery. Very sweet people from the front desk to the breakfast area to house keeping. Clean rooms!

Great stay! Super convenient to Children's Hospital! Everyone was so nice! If you check in on the app, you still have to go in and get parking pass.

Did not expect to have to pay for breakfast but the rooms were delightful. The campus property was a nice touch and dog friendly as well.

We had some issues checking in due to our companies travel broker. The dedication Brandon provided was exceptional. Even after his supervisor belittled him in front of us, because he was taking too long.

The hotel was amazing and clean. 5 star for sure. We stayed there to be close to my wife while she had a Crainotomy- Brain surgery. We had free breakfast the whole time. We stayed from Oct. 31st to Nov. 4th, 2023. Staff was professional and amazing! Parking was included in the total fee. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to stay here! Thank you, staff! Felicia Ingram

The room was clean. Easy check in and out. Breakfast available in lobby and restaurant right on site. Fresh cookies when we arrived. The room was large and inviting. Will definitely be back.

I wanted to recognize Latavhia for outstanding service. She went out of her way to help when I checked in late and was there first thing in the morning to seat me for breakfast. The room was great, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice as well. Parking garage is a bit confusing, could use some more signage. Didn't seem noisy being next to a hospital either.

This hotel is connected to the huge Barnes-Wash U complex. I was in STL for a medical procedure, and felt so awful after the procedure that a hospital staff member had to wheel me over to the hotel. The staff at the Double Tree got me into a room before official check in time so I could rest and recover. They also stored my suitcase before my procedure so I didn't have to drag it around while at the hospital. Thanks to this hotel, I was able to rest and recover from a fairly traumatic procedure.

Perfect location while we had unfortunate visit at st louis children's hospital.

I didn't realize I got the fancy room! I got a king size bedroom suite. There were 1.5 baths, separate sleeping area, dining room, kitchenette with fridge and microwave, and living room. The corner suite was beautiful and I really enjoyed the luxury. I ate at the downstairs restaurant. Great choice!

My wife and I love this hotel! They always upgrade us as Diamond Members and we never have any issues getting in our room. The view of the CWE is beautiful and it always feels like a getaway when we stay here. Breakfast is great too!!!

I am a Hilton honors member, so my family and I picked this location close to the Zoo and city museum. We had excellent service, rooms were ready on time, great hospitality and friendly to their guests. I was very thankful for a good night rest and my kids loved the Doubletree cookies.. lol
Parking is different, but if you know how the city works, then you all should be just fine.!

Absolutely wonderful great service all of our needs were met the room was just what we needed. So many people that worked there were so nice to us and helpful. I met Liz 1st then Sandra the housekeeping manager and the breakfast attendants were just great. Thank you again for all your help above and beyond you went for us

A small group of us booked this hotel based upon its location and reviews. We were so happy with our choice; the service we received was above expectation, the rooms and hotel areas were clean, modern, and very well appointed. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or personal travel.
