I bought a pair of shoes in the store and wasn't able to find a second pair in the right size so the young lady helped me order what I wanted and was at my house four days later. Thanks for great service!

Great customer service, I was in and out with the perfect shoe in less than 15 minutes ! Definitely recommend to local shoppers!

Good specials (BOGO with 2nd pair either free or 50% off). Hubby easily found 2 pairs of sneakers.

Sadly not much of a selection for women sized 10 in sneakers (I wanted Saucony, but mostly saw Nike & Sketchers). They didn't have many shoes I would consider wearing (in any brand / style). Cashier was polite.

I just visited rack room shoes today in Ruston La 71270 and the customer service experience was very unsatisfactory. The cashier at the front was no help at all when I was looking to get an exchange for shoes that were too little for my baby. I told her I didn’t see any other shoes that were equal to the value of the current shoes and she didn’t even try to help me in anyway. She told me to tell her if I couldn’t find any other shoes and I did but when I told her she simply said okay and that was all. Extra help was not offered and they did not go above and beyond to help me. They were sitting on the counter eating chips and lagging around. The customer interaction was a zero!!!! I’m never coming back here ! And I love shopping at this store. Then when I told her the shoe didn’t fit she replied there’s a lot of CHEAP baby shoes like this back there. But it was not and she didn’t even try to help !!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Truth in advertising LAW says if you advertise for a price, you HAVE to sell it at that price. On shelf, price was 74.99 on sale; BOGO 50% off... I chose the pair and one other. I was charged $15.00 MORE THAN THE SHELF PRICE. I was told it was not the correct price..vendors signs, blah, blah, blah. I stated the law, she said, oh well... thats the price. She refused to reduce it. I will NEVER set foot in this store again. She was nice enough until I pointed out that error and then she got snotty.

My husband and I, in our 70's, went to buy new walking shoes. We found shoes and checked out-with no discount. When asked, the clerk said Nike's weren't eligible for the store discount. Last shoe purchase there

I was unaware of what time the stores closed. So I guess I went in a few minutes before closing. Instead of letting is know they were a out to close the manager just kept walking through the store telling the other worker I'm ready to go repeatedly. There hours aren't posted on the door. I will not be returning not a good way to treat customers and keep the business open.
