Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Had a blackened chicken sandwich. Was tasty and spicy. Service was good. Had to wait for sandwich because it had to be cooked. No problem. It was nice and hot.

First time there , and now I wish I didn't live so far ; honestly I could eat there more than once a week !!!! Very impressive to know that the store is kinda older at that . Great job all around

Didn t go in..but the food was great hot crumchy chicken ,soft warm biscuits it was all the way it supposed to be..thanx

We just moved out here from Alabama and this is the only location we go to. Food is always cooked fresh, only had 1 problem We came in the night before and waited on our food. Just to get all the way home and see that my strawberry biscuit was not in the bag. I'm pretty upset about that but overall Day shift is AMAZING 👏

Everything was awesome and I really appreciate them. We went during the day for lunch and it was all adults working so everything ran seamlessly. I got the spicy chicken sandwich meal and it was perfect, the best chicken sandwich by far!

Not just clean, but pristine inside and out. Fresh new retro exterior. Food was fresh and tasted wonderful. Customer service was extremely pleasant.
Definitely ticked all the boxes.

Haven't been to this location in a few months. Was wondering how it would be this time. HEALTH score was 91. Location was clean. I was greeted when I walked to the counter by 3 employees. The same manager is there.The cashier was super friendly and took her time explaining the specials now running. The onion rings were spectacular! The flavor was the best! They were hot, tasted like onion rings should, with fresh oil used. It's a given, you can definitely tell when the oil is breaking down. These were golden!...The nuggets were good and a touch of spicy. The ranch with black pepper sauce is really good! Along with the Cajun sparkle! D ont forget to ask for that! Wish they still had the 5 dollar box with 2 sides and 2 pieces. I'll return again, as long as the service and food is still great! No pics! Sorry, they would have been commercial quality!

OMG, so good. I ordered the chicken tenders basket, and they were so fresh, hot, flaky, and delicious but I will definitely go back for more. The staff was friendly, and the place was clean. The price was a little bit more than I wanted to pay, but so worth it after I tasted those tenders.

Stopped by last night to pick up dinner for the family. Staff was very helpful and quickly got our order. Although they kept apologizing for the wait, which really wasn't that bad at all. Even offered me a cup so I could get a drink while waiting.

On June 9, 2021 it was drive thru only. This may change in the future. At lunchtime on Wednesday the drive thru moved quickly. My order was accurate and the chicken tenders were hot and juicy cooked just right! This chicken based restaurant is on par with the chicken based restaurant that is not open on Sundays.

Got Christmas turkey and it was great

The Monroe location is probably the only Popeyes that we never have an issue, people make mistakes it is going to happen. However every time we have gone to Loganville or Snellville (the worst) nothing is ever right or there is always a price difference. There also seems to be some confusion about what is dark and what is white meat. Wing & Breast is white meat, Thigh and leg is dark. They really need to step up training at all locations, for staff and management. All food places should hold a higher standard. All fast food establishments need to be trained by those that train Chick-fil-A and only require the best customer service no matter. However Monroe does really well every time we go. Thank you for that. Greatly appreciated.
