Burger Shack

3 people ahead of us in line. 2 cheese burgers and 1 fry. Took us 40 min. 20 min in line at the drive through and 20 min at the window. This place did not compare to what it used to be. Used to be great food and service. The only good thing yesterday evening was the friendly young lady taking our order. She earned a $5 tip for that. Just her. She was polite, smiling, and apologetic for the time we had to wait.

To be a hole in the wall eatery the food is both delicious & fresh. The atmosphere was spot on 1 of the friendliest bunch of people i have ever met. And to say the menu us huge would be gross understatement this place has burgers fries tots onion rings and incredibly good slaw dogs. Looking forward to trying the baked potato next time. Oh and they also have breakfast with an equally interesting menu. Cannot review breakfast as of yet but if the food half as good as lunch then this would seem to be an all day treat for anyone lucky enough to live nearby. Also forgot to mention prices are not too bad in this day & age of rampant inflation.

Yummy slaw dog burger and fries!! Great value!

I have been recently for their extreme tots and was very happy. I order with extra onions and shredded cheese rather than nacho cheese sauce and was very happy with the food.

Stopped at the Burger Shack while driving through Summerville GA. Ordered some cheeseburgers, fries, and nachos. The burgers were amazingly good. The fries were amazing as well, just the right amount crispiness and perfectly seasoned. The nachos were also awesome, the chili has a good kick to it, but not over done. The staff is very friendly, courteous. They even gave my dog Bacon for a treat. Definitely recommend this place to stop in at. There is a bit of a wait in the the drive thru, buy it is definitely worth the wait. Once you are at the window and order your food, it does come out quickly.

They make everything fresh so you might have to wait but it's worth it. Fair prices and friendly faces.

I love the burger shack, it is normally a line on both sides. The only thing I can say is that the burger meat could be a higher quality. When you get a single patty you can not taste the difference but if you get a double patty, it tastes like a low grade beef patty. I will still go but in get a single patty burger and the fries are better than checkers.

I have visited this establishment for many years. The food is outstanding (chicken, burgers, breakfast, etc.). It is always busy in the early morning, but well worth the wait.

This is THE BEST breakfast place in the county. The gravy biscuits with extra crispy bacon is my all time favorite 😍 the owner ms leslie is a gem as well 😘, cant find anyone nicer

Breakfast is the best. My food is always hot and fresh. I've been a customer for 8 years and no complaints.

First, this is NOT fast food. It's drive thru only and it can really back up. That said, everything else about our visit was great. The employees are super friendly and helpful and the food is great. My burger was fresh and juicy and well dressed. My wife has a really hard time finding a good slaw dog and hers was really good. Bottom line: If you have some time and the line's not too long, don't miss it.

Always a line here, but worth the wait. Lunch is always good. You should consider opening another one at the other end of town. (Trion)

I moved nearby and these guys are gold! Friendly folks that make thick cheese stix! The Philly is awesome and so far everything I’ve tried from the menu has been awesome! I’m trying to work on getting there earlier so I can try some of their pies. The fact they sell out so quickly is a testament to how good the dessert is in my opinion!

Very impressed. Been meaning to try this place for a while since I drive through Summerville daily for work. Got my slightly complicated order perfect and the food was very fresh and was ready within minutes of ordering. Price was very cheap for the amount of food I got. The only downside is the long lines, which is the only reason I didn't want to leave a review. It'll be even harder to enjoy my new favorite lunch spot if more people hear about the hidden gem of Summerville. Definitely will be going back frequently.

Best spot to grab breakfast in town by far. Has great prices and the bacon egg and cheese sandwiches toasted are always perfect everytime. Lunch is great here as well they really have a good thing goin on here.

First time . food was extra good . service was fast and super friendly , prices were awsome super cheap ........i will be back for sure
