I was super impressed by the helpfulness of the employees at the store. I can’t remember his name, but the young man took it upon himself to find the right size of bolt for the broken front panel of my car, which was rubbing against the road. he went back-and-forth a couple of times to the car from the store and install it himself. Now that is excellent customer service. 🙏

I had the nicest surprise this morning. My remote car key battery was dead and I was so afraid my car would not start later on, so I went to this location in Suwanee. They have replaced my battery for free and wished me Merry Christmas. I never had a better customer service. Ever. Thank you, thank you very much!

Although this store gets shorted by corporate quite a bit for inventory it's not their fault they do everything they can to be helpful and the staff is outrageously friendly and always filled with good answers. Updating 3/31/2022 again sometimes with their hands tied behind their back with inventory where Buford highway has it every time I don't go to Buford highway unless necessary. I go to this store first every time because they're so darn helpful.
8/28/2022 - looks like inventory is greatly improving and certainly I would now have to say this is probably the best advance Auto perhaps in the state of Georgia. The staff is so helpful and they don't do a lot of retail people do by answering a question but taking you to the product and reading the label determine if your question is answered on the label. I mean I can read the label. You don't know anything about the product don't educate yourself instantaneously by reading a label to me like a Captain kangaroo sing a long. These guys don't do that in fact they find who does know about it in the store and direct you to that person who has some personal hands on knowledge or experience with it and if they don't know they just say we don't know. Hey I respect that but label reading I mean really (Lowe's..) that's just insulting your literacy...

I went in to replace a few bulbs on my tail lights and Kara was very helpful. She found the right lights and came out with me and we tested the brake lights and other lights. Some worked, some didn't. Kara then suggested that maybe it was a fuse. Sure enough it was. I bought some fuses and replaced the burnt out fuse. Kara came back out and helped me check the lights again and everything worked. I was very happy. Kara was able to successfully juggle other customers and took the time to come out with me twice. I give her an A+.

Great service. Sales rep Ronnie took the time to explain how to change the battery I purchased since this was my first time changing an auto battery, and since my car was dead in the driveway I couldn't drive it to the store for the complimentary new battery installation. My car started fine with the new battery. Thank you, Ronnie - you saved me a lot of time researching and watching YouTube instructional videos.

Carl was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped me find all of the items I needed, special ordered an item that they did not have in the store, and even changed out my windshield wiper! Thanks for the great service! :)

I had an issue where my battery I purchased from this group didn't come up because I purchased it online. Carl The general manager, jumped through hoops fix the problem and took great care of me. This is the place where you guys want to purchase your Auto parts beyond a shadow of a doubt!

They always have what I need. They offer so many complimentary services such as testing and changing my battery. They help with many other things too.

My wife and I had a car overheat and had to pull over into a parking lot. We had no idea what we were going to do. We looked up and saw a Advance Auto Parts across the street. It was 8:30 at night and they were closing but my wife called and Alex answered the phone and said he would wait for us. When we arrived and explained the issue. Matt came over and offered to HELP us. He sold us the part we needed and even came across the street and replaced the bad part. I offered him money for his time and help. He declined the offer many times and stated he was glad he could help. He stated he was just following the mission statement and training of Advance Auto to (help, inspire and problem solve for their customers.) We are now lifetime customers.

Matt was very helpful taking care of my Toyota Corolla, he cleaned my battery corrosion and every steps he explained what it did and how I can do it by myself. I give him thumps up to the fullest. He I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thanks a lot Matt

Great team at this store. I was there yesterday and I was quickly helped by friendly staff. Knowledgeable and really take the time to make sure you automotive needs are taken care of. I'm lucky that this store is so close to my home.

I’ve been working on cars for a while now and every time I’m in a bind trying to do something I’ve never done on a car, Matt helps me out! He also walks you through how to use whatever tool or part your looking for. Great guy and great staff that all want to help you be a successful weekend mechanic.

This store has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's a little hard to find since a government ordinance prevents them from having a sign at the road like we all look for. If they only would think of the dangers caused by people slamming on their brakes when they see it too late and then have to negotiate a u-turn, they would approve a sign. But that's not how government works. So use your GPS on your phone and it will lead you there.
