Ordered a Stone for my 13 month old Grandbaby first week of Dec 2021. Stone was shipped in Feb to Coffelt Memorial in Bentonville Ark., they sent the wrong Stone so it was shipped back to Childs. After it was sent back to Childs they refused to ship the right one back to Coffelt in Bentonville. So here it is June 22nd of 2022 and I had to pay an additional 440.00 to have it shipped. Even though it was their screw up. . I will be calling BBB about both companies. This was so heartbreaking to my daughter as well as the entire family. All they are worried about is making that money and it truly shows they have no heart or respect. This will go to every social media and outlet we have. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
