Legreg was absolutely awesome! I had 38 bags of 80 pound concrete to return and he did not hesitate to help me and made sure I was taken care of. You can’t find many guys or girls for that matter, willing to help the way he did. He definitely needs to be recognized.

This store location is on it. Waited hours for a pickup order at another location (Athens, GA) for it to never be ready. Moved it to this location and it was ready in less than 20 minutes and our staff was in and out of the store in 1-2 minutes.

I live in Covington, but this location is my favorite. Items are always in stock the drive is nice and not overcrowded

All encounters w employees was great. Had all items needed. I always have a great experience.

Great experience at this location. Greeters ask you if they can direct you to where you need to go. Calm atmosphere. Workers help you load without being asked! Product is where is should be and is clearly labeled. A pleasure to shop here.

We went to the Lowe’s in milledgeville to pick up mulch. Bought 30 bags and the people that helped us couldn’t have any nicer. They loaded our bags in my truck and worked very well as a team. On the other hand, my daughter went to the Lowe’s in Madison to pick up 10 more bags and when she checked out no one offered to help her load it or anything. She had the bags on a roll cart but no one offered to help load it in my truck. Such a big contrast between the stores. She said one worker finally came out as she was finishing up but in my opinion that was a wasted effort. The 5 stars that I gave was definitely for your milledgeville store. Thank you.

Lowe’s was on top of their game tonight. Few customers were in the store when I went there at 7:30 on this drizzly Saturday night. Yet, they had plenty of staffing to help customers. I had placed a curbside order involving a pickup truck load of lumber, siding, and roof tin. After receiving the notice that my order was ready but prior to leaving home, I called the store to ensure my order was in fact ready. The nice lady at customer services verified the order was ready. Upon arrival, a manager named Cam walked to the lumber section and brought the cart loaded with my my order to the front. Cam verified all the items I paid for were on the cart. I noticed I forgot some items. The cashier rang up the items I failed to order and David who was working in lumber pulled and added these items to my cart. David then carefully loaded my order onto my truck. I then had to go to the hardware dept. to pick up a few more things. The lady in that dept. was very helpful. Though I used self checkout, there was a young lady at that station as well. As such, I had no wait to get my ID verified after I put in for my veteran discount. Well done Lowe’s of Madison, GA

This review is for Betty. She’s such a sweetheart and provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I cannot imagine anyone else coming out into the parking lot to make sure we got an item we left behind at checkout. Not to mention, she’ll make you smile and laugh before you leave.

The Pro Desk here is outstanding. Chris, Stephen and David always go above and beyond to get me taken care of. As a local home builder, my preferred place to buy anything for my projects is this specific Lowes. Excellent.

I had to get a refrigerator. The man in appliances was awesome!! But let me tell you about the delivery guys. Two of the best ever!! They had to really work it to get it in as I didn't even think about getting it through the doors. I sure hope these guys are paid well because they deserve it and more! Thank you two you don't know how much I appreciate it!

We had a couple of employees to ask if finding everything okay ...and that is good thing to me ...everyone was smiling and greeting....AMAZING STAFF

The staff were extremely helpful. My dad broke his mask, as we were walking in, and a very helpful member ran into the customer service office and brought him a new one. Thank you. We made great progress on our project hoping to finish soon.

I had the best appliance buying experience at the Madison, GA, Lowe's Home store. I just moved from Illinois, where I was a regular customer of Home Depot because of proximity. I'm now converted. I went to Home Depot first but found out that they don't stock the appliances that they're selling. I needed a refrigerator, and washer / dryer. I wanted to pay and take it home. Lowe's came through. Mike was awesome. He identified the options we could take home, same day, helped us evaluate the features and then turned us over to Jayne who processed our order. They both went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed. Lastly, I have to share that they also loaded my appliances. Tony Thigpen, Sales Specialist, and his team put all 3 crates on the truck while politely joking and warmly welcoming us to our new home town. We are happy to be Lowe's customers and grateful for these local team members.

The Lowes here in Madison is the best everyone is so nice and willing to help you in anyway they can. I want to give the paint department 5 stars they helped us so much with paint and and helping us with fixing a color BIG SHOUT OUT TO Tempi she is the best!!!

It was the best experience that I have had at a Lowe's thus far. This was in the gardening department and I was assisted by the cashier Michelle and a very knowledgeable individual named Justin. He knew the gardening department completely and helped me also resolve an erosion problem . Then without even being asked he loaded the car with everything I had purchased. Justin is management material if he isn't already there.

This has been the best place to shop.

This store is well staffed. They are always helpful and friendly. I like using the app to navigate the store and the have free WiFi which is good since my signal drops once inside. I've not had any real issues with items being out of stock.

They were fully stocked on everything. Had some pavers I needed when other Lowe's were out. Employee's were very friendly and overed me help a few times . I will go back even if 25 miles away.
