Excellent selection. Friendly staff. Overall an awesome hobby shop. I'm a drone pilot so my review will mainly focus on the drone aspect of the store: I like that they have drones out for you to look at and touch/hold/feel. Also like that they sell parts for the drones and offer drone repair. Was very pleased to see they offer Autel Robotics products not solely DJI.

Exemplary service and experience. I was looking for a difficult to find balsa ARF. Website said they were in stock and they quickly communicated with me and confirmed they had one, and shipped it out, all at a reasonable cost and very quickly. Highly recommended and will be shopping here again in the future!

Excellent Hobby Shop with a great staff that is extremely helpful. I had a frustrating situation with something I bought online from Amazon that had gone on for over a year. Customer service is a lost art these days and I couldn’t get anyone to help me. It took Dan 10mins to get me all straightened out. I will never shop online again for RC. They have everything you need!

I called them with a bunch of questions that they would not be able to make money on, and they still took the time to answer every question above and beyond a simple yes or no. Great work and I look forward to spending money here when I’m not broke!

DAN helped us big time getting our drone set up. We spent hours trying figure out what he knew to do in a matter of a few minutes AND he didn’t want to charge us! We will be back!!

I just bought a Mini Trek MT RTR Monster Truck for my grandson and he loves it. The owner gave my grandson a test drive and he was delight it and bought one. Good selection and friendly place. We are coming back to buy a six wheeler tow truck Traxxas . He is in love with it. Thank you Cliff.👍

I attended the two day drone pilot school. I was impressed with Cliff's depth of knowledge and his ability to teach. His long list of life experiences added vibrant color to the classes. Dan was also impressive with his drone pilot skills and technical expertise. During the class he updated and performed systems checks on the Mavic Enterprise I brought with me. I highly recommend Atlanta Hobby for drone training sales and service.

Nice folks. Has a low key casual feel to it. Very approachable guys.

When I was in there a few folks were already there and a few more popped in and out and were taking like old friends. I think this can honestly intimidate some people. Too many folks expect shop employees to be corporate service robots. Come in and talk to a person! I had never been in here before and they were talking my ears off.

Miss this kind of vibe.

A few months ago I decided to get into the drone business and found Atlanta Hobby online. I was impressed with the reviews and decided to sign up for the flight school. Best decision ever! The class was so fun and the hands on flying had me hooked. The staff is knowledgeable, patient and there for you beyond the 2 day class. I've been to the shop a few times since, and have found that they are more than willing to help with any questions or demonstrate hands on with my drone if I need it. I also took their part 107 online Gold Seal prep class and passed the test the first time, it was a great prep course! I would highly recommend Atlanta Hobby to anyone looking to get in the drone business, or to just fly for fun. Got an itch to buy a drone one day and found this place. I had no idea what I was looking for and the guy who helped me out was able to walk me through all of my options. Made my decision of which one to buy very easy. Highly recommended!

I called to ask about getting into flying FPV drones and Cooper was very intuitive and informative about the different models and recommended the DJI FPV combo to get started learning. I would definitely send my friends.
