I went Here on Christmas Eve.
Doing some last minute shopping which I end up doing every year. And fortunately they had the PlayStation 5 that my son wanted for Christmas and I was very happy. To be able to get that for him for christmas!...
I had called about every store that you can think of that sells electronics and they were sold out! So again you can just imagine.
My gratitude for them having having it ( the last one at that!)
The employees here were very professional and very helpful. That's why I gave them 5 stars. Thanks and everyone have a happy new year

Smooth, easy transaction

I love the way the store looks now. Came in for a controller cable and walked out with a game and shirt as well. Friendly staff and reminded me that my membership renewal was coming up as well I would have forgotten and lost the points otherwise. Thanks!

New staff. The new manager Mallory is great!! Expect this location to get better and better. She's been with the company a long time and is a gamer. She'll take care of all your gaming needs! Also the store just got a facelift and looks AMAZING!

This is weird for me to write but I have never had a good customer service experience from any video game store ever. This GameStop had great employees who care and helped me out getting a brand new game system, when I was a little indecisive. I left GameStop feeling great about my purchase and still happy to this day with my new system. I am glad GameStop has stepped up big time on the customer service side. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone even if it's 25 minutes away from my home location.

Really great customer service. Chris deserves a raise! He's in there all by himself with a great attitude. I watched him help a rather frustrated customer who walked out smiling! He answered all my questions and I walked out smiling with my purchase too. Yay!

My son wanted to trade in some of his PS4 games and I had no idea how the process worked. The gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant and informative on the process and helped us sign up for an account. My son was happy and the experience wasnt stressful for me at all. Lol!

Zoe was very informative and helpful. Also the guy that was working that day was also great. Here at this game stop they are first class customer service!!!!!

My favorite gaming experience was here, at this exact store. Good for if you need switch or xbox games, also there was great customer service. Honestly I've been shopping at only this store for games my whole life. 5/5 stars.

The and specially Mallory is a great sales person greet you every time you come in to the store and always ask if you need help and always lets you know the New things that are out. I really love the store!!!

Awesome and helpful staff! If you have a question about a release date or a console they are more than happy to help. Just remember to preorder your games. I preordered elder scrolls online and got the only copy in store that day.

5 Stars. Gamestop was clean and the seldom employee working was helpful, knowledgeable, and helped me get exactly what I wanted.

But this Gamestop employee honestly deserves 6, possibly even 7 stars. Because as I was shopping in the store a "customer" walked in and (by my count) asked 45 questions. 45 terrible, nonsensical, obviously-not-leading-to-a-sale questions. This "customer" would interrupt the employee when he was helping other customers, talk over him, etc. But somehow, the GS employee answered every single question patiently and accurately. All while helping other customers and processing transactions. This GS employee is the most patient and good natured person I've ever seen.

Here are some semi-direct quotes from my visit (All blank spaces are prices I don't remember):

"Customer": "I wanna buy a 3DS for my umm...nephew...how much do those cost?"

GS Employee: "New Ones are ____ and Used ones are ____"

"C": Ah that's too much I'll just get him some playstation cards. Y'all got any $10 ones?"

GSE: "Yes, they're in the back. Let me go get those"

"C": "Do they work on PC with Fortnite?"

GSE: "No, PS cards won't work on PC. You'd have to buy those for PC."

"C": "Oh okay. I'll just get them on PC anyway. I was gonna get Death by Daylight, you got that?"

GSE: "Yes, for what system?"

"C": "Oh, for PC. But I was actually gonna get that on Steam. How much for a Nintendo DS?"

GSE: "We have pre-owned for ____."

"C": "Oh, okay that's a good deal I'll get that. .......... Actually I'll come back later for that I don't have the cash for it right now. How much for PS4 Controllers?

GSE: (shows him the wall of options while checking out another customer) "Here's our selection starting at ____."

"C": "Oh that's way too much what about your cheapest one? Like this ____ controller?"

GSE: "That's one is for PS3 actually."

"C": "Oh okay. ...... (20 seconds later while the GSE is actually helping me trade in a game) I want this controller, can you get it for me? (walks up to counter) Do you guys have Kontrol Freaks?"

GSE: "Yes, they're right there and we have more over there on the wall."

"C": "Do you have any Black Ops 3 ones? All I see is stupid Overwatch ones."

GSE: "You can try checking over on that wall. I'm not sure which ones we have in stock but I can help look in a minute."

"C": (After receiving directions to the wall, comes back over with a pair.) "Do you have any in black or graphite?"

This was a very small snippet of many other nonsensical questions. And all this goes on and on and on and on. Other customers in the store are laughing to themselves and wondering how this "customer" made it this far in life being as rude and witless as he is.

When I asked the GSE how he could be so patient, all he said about the matter was "I'm just here to help."

I'm absolutely positive this guy asked 45 MORE questions before leaving the store without buying anything, but thankfully I was not around to witness it. And now, in the future, if I'm ever in contact with a rude and witless person/customer, I will remember this GSE.

You've inspired me to be a better man.

I came to this game stop twice and the first time I went I had the best experience with a guy who had the best gaming knowledge that I needed told me every thing I needed to know about the games I selected and tonight I went and had the same outstanding customer service and knowledge from a different guy named Kevin ! Thanks again for all your hard work and knowledge you guys ROCK !

Looking for the top games and don't have time to waste? Don't bother with big retailers thinking it will be less expensive they will price match. The folks that work there are experts that specialize in gaming. So if you are not an expert yourself, just a parent out knocking off items on your to-do list, do yourself a favor, go to Game Stop. You'll get in and out. Done!

I go to this gamestop a lot and the staff here is always friendly and always helpful when looking for a game. A lot of them actually recommend games too me when I'm there. It's a really friendly place and I love to go there.

Not that many people are here, staff are great, and there is a large variety of games on different systems. Even if the game or accessories you want aren't in this specific Gamestop, they will give you directions to the nearest one.
