Alan was phenomenal. The wiper blades that had been ordered didn’t fit quite right. Alan was able to identify and find the right wiper blades and install them after multiple attempts. I am grateful for his expertise and kindness.

I want to thank Carter for getting the left brake light for my 2000 Honda Accord, and I asked for help replacing the light. He so graciously said he would look to see if he could. He completed the task quickly and skillfully.

I am so thankful for Mr. Rod and the wonderful team at this store! They went far beyond simple hospitality, and spent over 30 minutes or more helping me try to fix my headlights in the rain. I am beyond thankful for having them try so hard to help me today. If I could give more than just 5 stars, I would give 10!

Great service from O'Reilly's in general, and Carrie specifically at this location. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything that I needed, and I needed quite a few things to say the least. I typically get great service at every O'Reilly's, but she really stood out on this one.

I had a quick simple question about my A/C not working the day before. Clint was fast to provide a suggestion and did go the extra mile to help out. Great customer service and therefore has won a new customer. Unlike the place across the street that only cares to take your money.

Had to return some brakes and rotors and it was a very easy return. Took no more than5 minutes.

These are some truly rare and amazing people! I stopped in to get a battery check turned out I needed a new one. When I had a little trouble installing it David, unexpctedly, jumped right in with a smile and got me straight. I'd definitely recommend this location.

Our back brake pad slipped out and caused our brake caliper to get screwed up. Thankfully the guys at O'Reilly's had the parts and were kind enough to lend us the tools that we didn't have! Those guys were so helpful that it made the day a little bit better!! Thanks O'Reilly's staff!!!

My experience at this O’Reillys was great! I have been to this location twice and once when my check engine light came on. My 2006 Honda Accord read a filter code error and the manager David came out and checked under my hood. He told me the intake hose was cracked and that was causing the error for my check engine light to be on. After I paid for the part he put it on my car for me and told me to ride two days and the check engine light should cut off. Needless to say that same afternoon the check engine light went off and has not came back on since. This happened on January 8, 2020. Overall David was funny, friendly, knowledgeable, and he definitely informed me about basic maintenance for my vehicle. I appreciate his help.

O’Reilly’s was my last stop after going to the other two auto parts companies! I was looking for a throttle body gasket that was different than what can be found online for my car. The other two stores couldn’t find it after one simple search and didn’t offer any additional assistance. But when I got to O’Reillys, I told David of my issue and he said “let me see what we can do”. David went above and beyond my expectations. He did extra research beyond what was available for my make and model car. He found an alternative that would allow me to get my car put back together and get on the road again. From now on this will be my first stop because the customer service from the staff here was unmatched! Thank you and a huge thank you to David!

Guy was really nice! Changed our battery super fast.

I stopped by to get a brake fluid cap. Mr.Rick was so very helpful. He found the cap and was even nice enough to put it on for me. He also gave me some helpful tips pertaining to my car. Quick service and really appreciated how professional Mr. Rick was.

Andy and his team are wonderful ! Everyone was so friendly They all took their time and gave me the best customer service possible unlike the location on Grayson hwy..., their bad review is coming ! Thanks again Andy I hope your store gets the Recognition they deserve ❤
