The entire process was great. I highly recommend Nancy Paradise to do your taxes. She was a great help to me and was very easy to work with. Considering my Parkinson's disease she was the best fit I have had now over the past two years!

When you're in the middle of banging your head against the wall because of how complicated our tax forms can be, Ibtisam Shareif is the absolute best person to go to for help. Not only is she extremely personable, but she has her CPA and is extremely knowledgeable. I learned more from her in one day of tax preparations than I have in 8 years of filing taxes guided online. She found more deductions for me than I would have found on my own, and the experience was, dare I say it, actually enjoyable. I never thought I would say that taxes were enjoyable in my lifetime, and major thanks to Ibtisam Shareif for bringing that statement into a reality.
