Beautiful work, we are very happy with our experience! We had previously purchased the same tile and then cancelled with another store due to product and scheduling issues, so we came into the store knowing exactly which tile we wanted. We were able to order the same tile, which included a special border, grout, installation. The price was better, the installation was professional and beautifully done. Would use Stark Carpet One again and would recommend. (Edited to add photos)

We were in the process of moving to Palm Coast, but not yet living here. All of the staff involved with our new floor install were very knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful in keeping us informed of every step - from product selection to install - along the way. The team provided an excellent install and kept us informed of the progress with pictures so that we could follow along. When we arrived to our new home, the floors were as beautiful in person as in the pictures.

David was amazing to work with! I left a voicemail on the weekend, after hours, expecting a call on Monday. To my surprise he contacted me right away. I had a quote by the end of the weekend and ordered my products early Monday. There are few and far between businesses that would provide such outstanding customer service. I will refer business to them without hesitation.

We had to replace the carpet in the entire house because of a leak and they helped us out the whole way. Amazing customer service from the first call to the install. They were extremely helpful in finding the perfect carpet at an amazing price and quickly and efficiently installing it. We had a great experience! Fast & efficient! The floor color matched perfectly with other vinyl plank already in place. The 5” plank wasn’t available so we went with 5-7-9 & it looks fantastic….better than just the 5.

My wife has done commercial business with Dick Stark for over 30 years. When it was time for us to install new carpet throughout our newly renovated home, they were where we went! The professionalism and knowledge are still great, from one generation of family members to the next, plus all staff in the store. They worked with our schedule and the installation was fast and professional. A wonderful experience all the way through. Valentin did a fantastic job and got everything (3 bedrooms and closets) done in one day. He did the best matching job of the planks to the existing flooring that I have ever seen. He was on-time and cleaned each room when he was done. If I have any more jobs, I will request Valentin as the installer! Great job. Thank you

Wow!!!! What a great experience from start to finish! Dave helped me pick the perfect tile and the quality and price were spot on! He referred a high quality tile company and the work was flawless! Dick Stark Carpet one just completed three projects at our home. First tile floors were replaced with vinyl wood plank flooring. Bill Ruddy came to our home and helped us in selecting a color that went well with our kitchen and baths. It was reasonably priced and very good quality. Next, countertop backsplash was installed which was just beautiful and installers did an excellent job. Third, new carpet was selected for the master bedroom and family room. Installers had to remove furniture, etc. and they also did a great job. Not a scratch and they were finished in a few hours. Bill was so helpful in selecting everything and in keeping the cost within our range.

I recently was in need of flooring, and in a hurry. I spoke with Bill Ruddy in the store and he guided me off my options to get what I needed quickly. Not only was he able to provide what i needed in time for my deadline, but was also well priced. He took the time to look at multiple options with no hesitation and with a wonderful attitude. My wife and I were back and forth trying to come to aggreement, and Bill was patient all the way through. Thank you so much for the great experience. We will return in the future

After shopping around for carpet, Carpet One was able to give me the best price and quality carpet. There were a few minor hiccups with the installation process, BUT they stepped up quickly to rectify the issue and made it happen. I'm loving my new carpet! They did a great job on our floors, during the removal of the old tile and the installation of the new tile they were in constant communication making sure the things were getting done, we would definitely recommend Starks Carpet One to our friends and neighbors.
