Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I went to the Bank of America lobby near my home around 3:30 on Wednesday afternoon. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The officer, Carolina Alvarez, took me to a private office where we could discuss my banking needs. She was efficient, professional and very kind. She was able to remove some monthly fees and put all documentation in an envelope. It looked like I would have to come back in again, but Carolina found a workaround so that all of my business could be concluded in that visit. I would highly recommend the Orange City Enterprise Rd branch of Bank of America.

Hands down one of the best bankkng experiences I had experienced in a while. Sat down with banker Nathan with questions about my mother's account. He explained in detail with such care and compassion while repeating things for clarity. Can see he puts his clients first for sure daily. Associates like him are the key to a great relationship. Thank you for what you do Nathan.

Hands down best customer service. Even though there’s always a wait! Staff always seem to be at ease to make sure they meet all customers needs. Carolina was great helping me with my new Business account. ( Quasar Mechanical LLC, ) She went above and beyond advising me how to get started. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Even though I don't bank with Bank of America, I experienced some of the most professional customer service. Gavin was extremely helpful, polite, and just a good conversation.

Bank of America themselves are opening and closing branches all over. I was informed this is basically the only consistently open branch in volusia, seminole, and lake county which is why they're experiening high foot traffic. Just hang tight while you're here, they're all doing a great job.

I unsuccessfully attempted to transfer funds to another bank online. I then called Bank of America in Orange City and was informed of what steps we had to take. (I was not aware that I was speaking with the bank manager.) When my husband and I went into the bank to withdraw or transfer funds to a non-affiliated bank the next day, she was called over and recognized me from our phone conversation. Obviously, I didn't truly understand what needed to be done but she patiently explained it to us again and again then walked us over to Melissa Hairs with whom we've previously had outstanding service in a very professional but warm and caring way. This time was no exception. While it was a complicated transaction, they worked it out smoothly and calmly while still making us feel like valued customers and we left relieved and happy as two clams. Kudos to the two young ladies.
