Chase Bank

I had some difficult business to deal with and the expert bankers at this branch were absolutely the best. Yes, banking policies can be difficult to navigate and it's not the fault of the employees. I had to make 3 trips to accomplish one task. Many customers would probably be upset at this, but the employees I worked with explained everything to me and worked to expedite my visits each time and I appreciate their efforts and their professionalism.

Just received outstanding customer service from Kristen Perdisatt helping my daughter and I open up my teenage daughter’s first checking and savings account. Kristen was very pleasant and helpful and suggested the perfect accounts for my daughter’s needs. Thank you Kristen.

My son is recently at the age where he has banking tasks to handle and today he went to the Orange City branch. Basil was at the counter and was super friendly and made the experience a very pleasant "first banking" experience.

Dee Dee Seymour is an amazing asset for Chase. My entire family, including my 90 Yrs old Dad bank with Chase. I drive from Altamonte to do my business and personal transactions with Dee Dee mainly because we feel very comfortable and taken care 100% as it should feel when you are trusting someone with your savings. She is courteous, professional, ethical and very compassionate. Thank you so much for having her in your team. I highly recommend this branch ❤

My wife and I went to this bank to open a new bank account and Kristen Perdisatt helped us. She was very professional and was very helpful. She helped us even though we did not have an appointment and even stayed late to help us complete the process. We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend!!!

I opened a new account a month ago and I really have to say that Dee Dee Seymour is the best! She was really helpful and detailed explanation of the accounts. I was reading the bad reviews for this branch and I had to say something because at least my experience was good. To be honest the people that are complaining about the drive thru just know that this branch have 4 ATMs, 2 outside and 2 inside and there’s always someone there in case that you want to learn how to use them.

This location is great and I feel it necessary to say this... Oftentimes I will arrive at a Chase branch only to find out that the ATM is out of service but never this location. Thank you Orange City.

Both the drive-through and the in bank services are helpful. The environment is clean and clutter free. ATMs inside and outside.

Never had an issue. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. Sometimes the lines are long but that’s because that’s the only Chase branch around. It is understandable.
