Although I’m going to post a very negative experience, I couldn’t in good conscience give this dentist office, for his dentistry, nothing but an excellent review. They are fabulous dentists and hygienists. I have been going to them for 20 years and I have had 9 implants, 2 crowns, extensive periodontal work and numerous cleaning done for a total of around $30,000. However, they have been sold and they reopened today. So I was there today for my 3 times annual clearing and periodontal work. To make a long story short, after my cleaning I went to the front desk and was told that they were doing me a favor and will not be charging me for the work they completed - which was always covered 100% by my insurance in the past. I told the front desk they weren’t doing me a favor, since I was entitled to have it covered as in the past. And they should be informing there patients if they’re not covered, before their appointment. One word led to another and in the end I way told to find another dentist. 20 years as a patient spending $30,000+ and I was told to find another dentist. Well I guess I will need to get a copy of my records and go elsewhere. This is not the Dent-All I have enjoyed for 20 years. And it is a shame it had to end this way.

As quickly as I walk in the door, one can tell it’s a good place to work. I am greeted warmly by efficient but kind staff. Kelly is careful while she cleans my teeth but also informative as she desires healthy teeth & gums. Even though I didn’t see him this visit, Dr. Thomas takes the time to stop by for a quick hello. I’m very pleased to receive such great treatment.

I had to delete my original review of Dent-All and write a new one. Dent All REALLY helped me out so much. Basically, I received a quote on crowns and my former employer screwed me over and back dated my insurance and cancelled it due to me leaving my current company. I called Dent-All and explained what happened and I thought I was going to be paying full price everything. I seriously was shocked when they said they were going to honor the original quote! If they didn't I don't know what I would've done...Thank you so much! Dent All actually cares about their patients and not only about making money. I have never had another medical business help me like they did. Thank you again. Everyone should go here for their dental needs...you won't be disappointed. Updated 3/13 I went here to get my teeth ready for my crowns and one of the teeth really needed a root canal and my dentist didn't want me to leave without getting a root canal because I'd be in severe pain until I could go to the specialist again. They helped me out so much with my situation and performed the root canal then and there. I was very surprised because I was already there for 4 hours and it was the end of the day but they still gave me the root canal. The dental assistant that was helping was also great,she explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. Dent-All is very professional and extremely friendly. I am very grateful for all the help they have given me. Thank you Dent-All.

The staff were all so nice from the ladies working in the front to the dentists and hygienists that I had interacted with while there. I had been putting off going to the dentist for so many years and I went in feeling a little nervous and embarrassed by how bad my teeth and gums were, but everyone there made me feel extremely comfortable and I left feeling so much better.

I am very satisfied with this place. My daughter also loved this practice. We highly recommend it. I’ve known the hygienist for a long time and for me she’s the Best in Florida. I don’t trust any other.

By far the best dentist I have ever been to. I wish Dr. Thomas could be my doctor and specialist for everything. The entire team is friendly, courteous, prompt, professional, and caring. I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled, Liz and Dr. Thomas had me laughing the entire time, I didn’t even notice he was pulling my teeth out. I 10/10 recommend. I told all my family and friends to make the switch! Thank you Dr. Thomas, Liz, Wendy, and Tiara. Who thought the dentist could be such a great experience.

I have never experienced such an incredible team of professionals! Everyone was so kind and compassionate, From the front desk ladies, to Dr. Chase himself. I had an extraction and I didn’t feel any pain at all, not even when he was numbing me with the needle. I have severe anxiety from past experiences but they made me feel completely relaxed. Dr. Chase and his nurse stayed past closing just to help me out. They have Checked on me every day. I couldn’t be happier and more thankful to Dent-all!! I recommend them to anyone!

Once you enter and standing at the front desk, you are greeted with a smile from everyone at desk. Everyone is very professional , respectful and kind. All of the entire staff is kind and take excellent care of you as a patient making sure you understand what is being explained to you. My husband and I have been here for for 20 plus years. We look forward to seeing the Dentist and the staff for our office visits.

I can’t say enough nice things about the staff. My mom uses a walker and oxygen so getting around can be difficult, but the staff was there to help with every step. Upfront with each treatment process and when insurance was a problem they made the calls, sat on hold for us and continued to work on it after we left the office.

Dr.Chase was exceptional. He really makes patients feel comfortable and involves them in whatever procedure is going on. Dr. Chase is not just my dentist, but a friend as well now. Entire staff was so welcoming, didn’t feel like i was at a dental visit. My entire family now sees Dr. Chase for any dental needs.

Great. The most recent cleaning, I had someone new and they gave me the best cleaning I've had in years. Thorough, no pain and showed me a few tricks to floss and brush healthier. The dentists and periodontist are nice, most importantly they don't invent problems and try to rob you. Years ago the 🤡 at KA Dental once tried to tell me I had 16! cavities and wrote up a $10k plan. So I really like Dent-All.

Had a recent visit for a cleaning. Kelly, the Dental Technician is wonderful. She is very thorough and explains what she is doing and the status of your teeth as she works. The experience was exceptional!!!

Percy is the Best! Always a pleasant visit and she does a great job cleaning my teeth.

The Dr's came up with an awesome plan to restore my smile. The staff is kind and truly engaging. Both Dr Thomas & Dr Freedman are perfectionists and make your temporary "teeth" that look , fit and are sturdy enough until the permanent bridge arrives. 05/11/2022 I've returned to Dent-All to replace my missing teeth. I'm so pleased with my front teeth and looking forward to continuing my treatment with Dr Freedman. His staff is fantastic, helpful and accommodating. They're are not fancy, but the quality of the work is great. I'm so happy and grateful. Next are the implants!!!

From a few brief sessions with doctor Thomas I trust his knowledge and workmanship on my teeth. The vibe of himself and office staff was professional yet lighthearted and refreshing to be around. The office is clean and up to date.

Wow!!! I am absolutely speechless at how amazing everyone was from the second I walked in. I used to be absolutely horrified of the dentist to the point that I didn’t care if I was neglecting my teeth. DR. Thomas and the amazing staff at Dent-All changed that. I got some cavities taken care of and I was so scared of the needles, but they explained everything and assured me it wasn’t as bad as it seemed. Boy were they right, Dr. Thomas gave me two shots and I honestly thought he was still just prepping the area until He said, “see that wasn’t that bad was it?”. So happy I found this place, if you’re looking for a dentist and you’re not sure where to start definitely give Dr. Thomas and his staff at Dent-all a chance, you won’t regret it!!!

Good Morning Staff,
I came to the dentist office in pain and was really worried about my implant. Well I must tell you that Daisy and Dr. K was over and beyond excellent! They made my pain go away and was confident to see that I left without feeling worried and hurting. I assure you that Dr. K is the best Dentist in all of Palm Beach! Thank you Dr. K, Daisy and Amanda for making me feel good and healthy each time I visit. DENT-ALL is the best staff in all of my experiences with the dentist! Thank you and stay safe! 😊♥🦷

Dr Freedman is top notch. He has done implants, fixed my jawbone and my gums. I highly recommend him and Dent all.

This office was great in attending to all my concerns and giving me the best experience possible. I went here for a second opinion after not being satisfied with another dentist. Dani was awesome in explaining my insurance coverage and payment options. Dr. Thomas made sure to go over a treatment plan I was comfortable with after I explained I was anxious about the procedure. He performed a root canal and permanent crown. His work is so good you can't even tell I have a crown! I have more work that will be done in the future and I would absolutely recommend this office!

Dent-All Dental Office was highly recommended, as I was relocating from Central Florida to South Florida and was looking for a Dental Office. I know I needed a crown done, so I made an appointment with this office. When I walked in, I was greeted very nicely by the staff. I also was very impressed with the office regards to Covid 19 Virus, every one had masks which took the anxiety away from me. I was introduced to the Dentist, who was going to do the procedure, Dr Chase Thomas. He was wonderful, caring and very professional and calming. He explained the procedure and put me at ease. He did a wonderful job! I give the office 5 stars and definitely would recommend this Dental office. I had a wonderful start to finish experience, which nowadays is very hard to find.
